The Good

  • Comparison Tool
  • Wide Selection
  • Price Range
  • Customer Service
  • FFL Locator Tool

Comparison Tool

Since GrabAGun has such a large selection of guns and ammunition online, having a comparison tool makes it easy for customers to look at related products for comparison purposes.

Wide Selection

Grab A Gun has one of the largest online selections of firearms and ammunition available online. The range of weapons customers can buy extends from concealed carry guns to rifles and pistols as well as air-powered weapons for all ages. They provide guns for any and all gun owners, whether it is personal protection, hunting, or target shooting. If GrabAGun doesn't have a particular gun already listed in their selection, they will find the firearm and get a quote for a price and provide it to the customer for order.

The company provides several categories on its site. The different category headings include an on-sale, magazines, firearms, ammo, scopes, sights, and lights, hunting and fishing, holsters, gun parts, gear and supplies, class 3 NFA, and brands.

Price Range

GrabAGun has firearms listed for as low as $66.49 which is hard to beat. Prices range all the way up to $56,612.72. They have guns for practical purposes as well as collector items.

Shooters can rest assured that whatever gun they are looking for, they will have it at a great price. GrabAGun also has a "Deals of the Week" section on their site that allows customers to easily take advantage of recent discount items and other sales.

Customer Service

As mentioned previously, the retailer's customer support team sounds like one you can trust. They will find any gun or product a customer is looking for. They are also available for any questions a customer may have.

FFL Locator Tool

GrabAGun provides a helpful FFL locator tool on its website. Once customers are able to find a local FFL dealer, then they will be able to organize the FFL transfer for their firearm.

To find their local FFL dealer, customers will only need to provide their zip code and the tool finds the dealer to assist customers with their FFL transfer. You will need to go down to the local shop to complete the FFL transfer.

The Bad

  • Product Diversification
  • Search Function Needs Improvement
  • Returns & Shipping
  • Refund Policy

Product Diversification

Instead of solely being a gun and ammunition store, GrabAGun also provides knives and archery equipment; therefore taking away from their focus on firearms and gun accessories.

Search Function Needs Improvement

When using the search function, most of the time it does not find what is being searched for and pulls up related items instead. On many firearms, there are no images available, which those that do not know much about guns need to compare.

GrabAGun could improve search functions by providing direct search results.

Returns & Shipping

GrabAGun has a strict return policy, making it difficult for customers to return their purchased and ordered items. And for the few allowable conditions under which firearms can be returned, GrabAGun charges a 10 percent restocking fee.

In regards to shipping, GrabAGun is standard and will charge customers a $40 hazardous shipping fee to all primer and powder orders.

Refund Policy

As an online gun shop, GrabAGun has a strict refund policy due to the long ordering and verification process. Prices for guns fluctuate every day. GrabAGun's main goal is to provide low priced guns and ammo. The refund policy states that customers cannot get a partial refund if their item drops in price after purchase. Refunds are only available to customers who find a defect with their product within 30 days of purchase.

The Bottom Line

GrabAGun overall has several categories including a magazine category, sales, ammo, scopes, sights, and lights, hunting and fishing, and more. The company also has a large selection of guns ranging from concealed carry to rifles and offers ammunition.

GrabAGun has a good comparison tool that enhances the average customer experience. The company also has employees you can trust who will do whatever they can to provide great customer service.

Their pricing on store items rivals what other companies offer, and it varies so any budget would be able to acquire a firearm. GrabAGun makes it easy for customers to find deals and sales as well. Additionally, the company provides various accessories and gun parts such as stock parts, firing pin parts, slide parts, and more.

GrabAGun would be a good site to use when looking online to get guns and ammunition - just be sure to check out their terms and conditions before you shop and make your purchase, as returning your order may end up costing you more money than you think.

GrabAGun charges a 10 percent restocking fee for returned items. Shooters worried about ordering items off of GrabAGun.com should consider taking the time to read multiple GrabAGun reviews before making a purchase.

I was a very good customer who made many purchases from this store. However they recently did something that totally betrayed my trust as a good customer. Following an order I placed for a very expensive firearm they told me that they would have to pull the magazines. I told them over and over that my FFL is legally required to pin the mags to 10 round capacity and begged them to send the mags. I also have a residence in another state. They refused without any empathy and cost me over$120. They also threatened to charge a restocking fee. So they took advantage of me as a customer. I asked to speak to an owner and my request was totally ignored. Not a trustworthy company snd they do not care about their good customers. . DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Terrible! A friend told me - no way. That gun at that price is a scam. I hurried up and paid for it within an hour of the email "flash sale" I ordered the bullets from Bud's. They're here. Grabagun refunded my money and cancelled my order. My heart sunk. I emailed, please, I'll wait until you get more, or at least offer me a discount on something else of the same caliber. They refused to work with me. Shame too. I had my eyes on a couple others, but what's the point? I've spammed em and will never buy or recommend Grabagun! Thanks a lot

Took it to the gun shop. They didn't find anything wrong. Tried shooting again. Same problem. Contacted American Tactical. Filled out the forms for return. Never heard back. Sent multiple emails and called several times. No respnse. I called.Grab a gun. Will not help. Never buy from Grab a gun again

My transaction was canceled by their system and reported as possibly fraudulent. I spoke to someone on the phone and they told me to email a copy of my driver's license and credit card confirming my identity. I did so immediately. I just got an email from "Alex" stating they still couldn't approve my transaction. Using my Amex guarantees me that my transactions will always be honored as well as always being protected against outside attempts at fraudulent transactions. I get the impression that this company is poorly managed and lacks the business integrity to go above and beyond for their customers. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere for your business.

On Tuesday 01/04/2021 I ordered a Tripod. Before ordering, I called to confirm the item was in stock. They confirmed it was. After I ordered, I received an email telling me they would send another email once the item shipped. Friday 01/07/2021 I had still not received the email. I called. They told me something about an off site warehouse. Something about the off site warehouse had to ship it to them and then they'd ship to me(I found this odd). I asked why not just drop ship from the off site warehouse. His response was that's just how they do it. I requested a refund. They processed the refund but told me it would be 7-10 days before the refunded money would be back in my account. So, before doing this review, I went back to the grabagun site and acted like I was going to purchase this same item. 3 pages in to acting like I was going to buy this item and it says nothing about it taking a 5-7 days before they ship. THIS WAS MY 1ST AND LAST TIME I'LL EVER DEAL WITH THESE MORONS. Buyer beware.

Horrible customer service (tried to extort money from me). Threatened me due to the fact they don't know how to conduct their own business practices. Buyer beware, FFL licensee beware. Left me a 1 star review because he lost a sale and it cost him money. This whole transaction was between grabagun.com and their customer. Now I receive a 1 star review because of their negligence. Policies are put in place for a reason. Sorry you don't understand that. Better call ATF and report the firearm stolen lol. I will no longer conduct any business with grabagun.com. I will tell every customer I have not to conduct business with the as well!!!!

Country Boy ,

I purchased magazines in the past from grabagun.com before ordering i called them and explained the handgun that i have to make sure i got the right magazines and they shipped them to me. I purchased prob around 40 mags for various guns and the 1 handgun that i called them on to make sure i got the right magazines, well they sent me the wrong magazines 5 of them and after talking to them on the phone the REFUSED to refund or exchange these magazines. I could understand if i had not of called them. PLEASE do not buy ftom this store or you may get the same results i did. I still have the 5 mags and have no use fir them, that was over a 100 dollars they took me for. I will let the internet community know of my experience with grabagun.com hopefully you dont get done the same way they did me. Thanks a lot grabagun.com i will never order from this bogus place again.

I have bought items from them, and they will solicit a review. But when you post a detailed and truthful review, they won't post it (which was a 4 star review). I noticed too that some of the guns they would ship out were not inspected, and some seem to be blemished (i.e. the front sight is askewed, some blemish on the gun) and when confronted with the oversight, they will always disown it and throw it at the manufacturer --or even the FFL dealer where obviously they have to ship it first. A query about a certain pricey knife that's well over $200 and they won't research an answer and asked me to contact the manufacturer. You're even paying for the shipment and the item will take an eternity to get to you (the usual excuse?---COVID19).

Terrible services, purchased a $1,000 firearm waited two weeks For them to reach out to let me know they received it I had to contact them first I was never called or emailed they said they had my firearm for over a week smh, so I went to pick my firearm up it was delayed which is understandable so I waited until I was contacted, waited 3 weeks! Contacted them again asking how long will the delay take and asking about refund option & how the process works. I was contacted by email with a closed order and a refund which I never committed to refund, emailed them back they told me the order was closed.. terrible customer services...

JSG ,

I hadn't bought a gun from them in a few years, and was surprised when they told me I couldn't pick up my firearm after three business days past the initial NICS check. Having had a clearance in the military, my checks are almost always delayed. When I asked if the law had changed, they said no. When I realized it was them who had changed THEIR policy, the guy said (get this), "It's cause if I sell a gun to someone who wasn't supposed to have it, I'd have to track down the guy to find him and get it back." Total crapola. I wanted to ask him to show me what ATF law mandates that, but already knew the chances there actually was any such law would be slim to none. I told them I wasn't gonna let them use my money while they helped infringe on my Second Amendment rights, and cancelled the transaction. Bought the same weapon from Buds and sent it to an FFL here in Dallas, and got it after the 3 business days. Cost me an extra 10 bucks.

Disappointed Clarksville, TN

My experience was positive to start but gradually got worse over time. Customer service is rude and it is my belief they sold me a used gun for new in the box gun. The gun malfunctioned at the first range fire and I contacted the manufacturer, described the issue and gave them the serial number was informed that gun had been sold over a year ago. I had been on a wait list to get this firearm and waited over three months before they notified me it was back in stock. Hard to believe I waited for three months to get a firearm sold over a year ago. Grab-A-Gun customer service did nothing to help and continued to say this was a new in the box handgun. The manufacturer eventually replace the firearm after it could not be fixed, after two trips back to them. It is my opinion they knew this was a damaged, returned firearm and sold it as new. I will not do any business with them again. Customer service is worthless.

I ordered the Mossberg 930 Combo Black 12 GA 24" / 28" Barrels 4Rd and an extra Mossberg 93030 930XBL 12 24 FR barrel and a TacStar Magazine Extension total $837.00 and I specifically asked the associate if these barrels were ported and he assured me that they were and said he even matched them through the Mossberg site. Well I received my order and to my disappointment they were not. After calling and speaking to two people one the assistant manager (they said) at Grab a Gun I was basically told "Oh well" there is nothing we can do about it even though it was there mistake on my $837.00 order. The assistant manager wouldn't even offer me any compensation for the mistake on my $837.00 order all he did was say there is nothing I can do and stayed silent and said ok. I would never do businesses with Grab a Gun again and I advise anyone else be not to and if you do be careful on what you order you may not get what you ordered.

I've guns from GrabAGun and the last purchase was a total disappointment. I'd talked to Landon the manager who seemed to want to be helpful, but when the last revolver jammed soon after my purchase from them, I contacted Landon again via his email and he never got back to me. That's not service in my opinion, and I will definitely not purchase again from this dealer. Regardless of whether we come to an understanding about a problem from my purchase from a dealer, I expect at least a reply when things go wrong, not to have Landon or GrabAGun "wash" hands of the issue by ignoring me. From this point on, they can ignore my money.

First was good, because occasionally they have some mags or parts that is cheaper that other websites. Then I start to realize their slow but expensive shipping cost. What really gone bad was one time I ordered some mags from them and due to the legal situation change, I cancelled that order the second day, within 24 hours. They told me they will charge me a restock fee. The problem is the order is not even shipped yet, nor any shipping label created. Who could understand where this restock fee come from? It's only a few bucks, but it's purely unfair. So I call my CC company and disputed that few bucks. The next time I order something from them, they clearly told me that under their GENERAL MANAGER's decision, they don't want to do any business with me anymore. What a smart GENERAL MANAGER, refusing a customer who spends thousand of dollar on them annually for a few bucks dispute. What I can say? At least they replied my email and let me know right? Gosh.

Listen and heed to the warnings of the other complaints. First time purchasing from GrabAGun and the last. Purchased a gun yesterday afternoon 3/6/19 and then decided this morning 3/7/19 that I didn't want it and actually wants a different more expensive gun. I was told by the gentleman who answered the phone that a label has been produced. Ok so what does that mean? I was told that a shipping label was created and if I wanted to return the gun it would be a 15% restocking fee. So I ask... it was printed no less then 2-hrs ago, the gun is probably still in your store. I was then told "It doesn't matter if it's in the store or on the UPS truck, if the label was printed then the 15% would apply" So 15% to put a gun back on the shelf of the store that it's already in and probably still on the shelf? Come on people really? GrabAGun needs to GrabALife. Highly disappointing in this company. Welp this is a 1st and last for me. Buyer Beware, I took time out of my day so that you can be warned.

Grab a gun may price a weapon $20-30 bucks less than market...But once they add SALES TAX (none of my other do Northern,KU guns...) and if you want to do a lawaway there is ANOTHER $30 FEE...( none of my dealers charge a fee..heck Loftis Guns give ya 8 montgs to pay no fee) Last the $7.99 shipping...sounds cheap, but once you check most large dealers ship to your FFL for FREE...so just another add on!!!! To get the GRAND TOTAL for the $20 bucks better price...with tax say $100,set up FEE $30 and the $7.99 shipping FEE !!!! You just over paid $138 to save $20. Plus Grab a Gun wont tell you about the SALES TAX...it just appears on your INVOICE like a VC coming out a hole..

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever had! ordered 3 magazines for my rifle received them a week later opened the magazines which were factory magazines for my rifle and they would not feed in my in my gun. I called grabagun and told them specifically that I had received the magazines I know they were the correct one because the model number was on the packaging I had opened them up and tried them and they would not feed the service rep said no problem send them back so I packaged them up paid my $8 return shipping and sent them off a few days later I received an email stating my return had been rejected did not tell me why just that it was rejected so I called the company back and some punk kid on the phone told me his boss had made this authorization so I waited on the phone for 10 min and he comes back and tells me that due to my package being opened they would not except the return. so I said wait a minute I call you and told you exactly what is wrong evening stating to you that the product had been opened and you wait until I return it to tell me that you wont except an open package? I said what about the money I paid for the return shippment? he stated that it wasnt his problem and that due to them being opened they wouldnt except them. I stated that someone in your return dept gave me a return number so someone must have thought it was ok. He said well it wasnt him so he dont know who it could have been. So now they are returning my magazines to me. So beware to anyone looking to buy anything from grabagun there customer service is terrible there employees are very rude and misleading I will never buy another thing from them and I would advise anyone else to do the same.

About four months ago I attempted to order an item that was “out of stock” and asked to be notified when the product was back in stock. This is iitself a bit misleading, as the item was new and had never be in stock before. It should have been labled “unavailable.” Within four minutes of receiving an email notice that the item was back in stock, I placed an order, my credit card was charged, and I received confirmation that the order was placed. I also received an acknowledgement of the order and notice that the FFL info was received. Three days later I received another email that due to an error in inventory, my order has been closed and funds were being refunded. I spoke to the manager, Aaron, who informed me that this is a common practice of on-line stores, and that they have no mechanism to fulfill my order when they receive their next shipment.

Buyer beware when dealing with Grab a Gun. Sale pricing does not match actual pricing. Shipping is a joke because of their computer system or employees not sure of which. Customer service does not exist. Tried to buy a pistol based on a promotional email. Could not get the correct price to show up when I placed the pistol in the cart on their web site. Gave them a call the next day. Was informed that the email had the wrong price and that they would not honor their mistake, (no retraction for the wrong price was sent out). After a quick search found that their price was 8 dollars cheaper than the other sites I buy from. My mistake, I went ahead and ordered the pistol while on the phone. Was informed that their computer system sends out random emails stating that your order is not complete, and you need to provide FFL transfer info. I was instructed to disregard these emails. So, I disregarded the first 3 emails. Finally, on the 4th email and 1 week later I called. They had no record of the FFL transfer info I had given their sales rep and I even had him repeat it back to me ensuring that it was correct. Talked to a manager who could have cared less about the problem. I asked for the pistol to be overnighted after waiting a week because of their mistake. Was informed that Grab a Gun does not offer overnight shipping. So, after being mislead by their email, sales reps that fill out their own order forms incorrectly, waiting a week to find out they had made a mistake, spending 45 minutes on the phone and a manager who doesn’t care about customers I canceled the order. Saving 8 dollars is not worth dealing with these guys.

I recently purchased a Smith and Wesson M&P 15-22 sport rifle. The price was very good but the customer service was terrible. Even though my FFL dealer has a Colorado state exemption and was willing to take delivery of the rifle with the manufacture included magazine and make the appropriate modifications, Grabagun refused to send the rifle with the magazine. They also refused to replace the 25 round magazine with a 10 round magazine. It's my feeling that they "stole" my the included magazine and refused to replace it. I asked the manager to speak with his supervisor. I was told that his supervisor was the owner of the company and was never around. However, I was assured that my request would be sent to the owner. It has now been nearly 2 weeks since then and I have yet to receive any response at all. I have made several purchases from Grabagun over the past several years, but I doubt that this will continue based on my recent unpleasant experience.

grabagun has fantastic low prices on guns. how they do it, nobody knows. but, i was a able to get some very good deals. my last deal (not a gun,but accessory) , however, was a disaster. I thought I was buying black aluminum furniture to replace the forend grip on my Vepr AK-47. It was the wrong one. Midway makes 4 of them, all look almost identical. I had my gunsmith look at the accessory because it involved swapping out the gas tube & removing the sling adapter. WITHOUT TRYING TO ATTACH THIS UNIT TO THE GUN, HE WAS ABLE TO DETERMINE THAT THE FURNITURE WOULD NOT FIT. Their return policy is a joke. 15% restocking fee AND you pay to ship it back. 50% loss if you don't have the packaging in pristine condition. And, of course, because i was honest and tried to explain how the gunsmith simply held the part in position close to where it would go on the gun and determined that it wouldn't fit, BECAUSE OF THAT, THE CSR INTERRUPTED ME AND SAID STERNLY, WE DON'T TAKE BACK ANYTHING THAT WAS INSTALLED OR EVEN IF YOU DREAMED OF INSTALLING IT, SO, Y O U G E T N O T H I N G ! This is a 201.00 piece of aluminum, not some 30 dollar trinket. BTW, THE ACCESSORY WAS IN PERFECT SHAPE, NO SCRATCHES AND THE PACKAGING WAS INTACT. Instead of the idiot telling me to send it in and the people who get paid to look at returns would've seen that it was in saleable condition and they would've compensated me. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THAT 'S THE END OF GRABAGUN AND ME. you want to operate like that, YOU DON'T GET MY BUSINESS. i don't care if you are giving the guns away, you are fired!

I placed my order in the beginning of March 2017, My FFL forwarded his information. For a couple weeks in a row I kept getting emails from Grab a Gun stating they needed confirmation from my FFL. My FFL copied me when he sent his information within 24 hours of the order. As I received ea email asking for my FFL to provide his information I forwarded him the email and my FFL Copied me each time he responded to these emails. I finally called to see what the issue was and the Customer service Rep I spoke with said that it was Friday and he was leaving for the weekend in three minutes so he would need me to call back on Monday. My FFL called the next day and spoke to another customer rep and faxed over his information and was told that my order would be processed and shipped immediately. I felt as if the problem was resolved until the following week when I received the same email asking for my FFL to contact them with his information. I called and spoke with another Customer Rep and he had no information on my FFL and he was not entered into the system. After another call to my FFL and a call back to Customer service they found my FFL's emails in their inbox that never were opened. It took over 30 days for my firearm to ship. Due to the hassle Grab A Gun offered me a $20 credit towards my next purchase. Saving the $19.00 on my original order was not worth the loops my FFL and I had to jump through to get my order processed and shipped. Unless you have a FFL in their system I would not recommend using this website again. You would think that my shipping would have been expedited and waived along with free shipping for my next three purchases or given some credit other then $20.00. Yes, their pricing is competitive on some items but you have to shop around and wait for certain items to go on sale to get the best price. I placed two other orders with them and they processed fine but my first purchase was a nightmare and I was surprised along with my FFL that I made another purchase with them

This is the second order that they have shipped me that had a scratch/blemish on it. The first order I just used gun bluing on the area and thought it was a fluke. Well I'm a slow learner evidently. This time not only was there a scratch on the barrel, there were missing parts, and an incorrect magazine which is useless to me. the response to my email was an automated response to contact the manufacturer. No humans will answer phone, only voicemail. Nonexistent customer service. Yes they are the cheapest price out there for a good reason. Pay an extra $20 for a reputable dealer. Caveat emptor.

I purchased a Springfield XD-S, they sent me an order confirmation, billed my CC and then sent me the below email. I have tried to contact them several times, but they do not respond. Hello **************** Order Number: ########### Thanks again for your purchase. However, due to an error in our inventory system this item was crossed with another SKU and mispriced by a difference of about $100 as I'm sure you noticed. I'm terribly sorry for the eerror but we will not be able to complete the transaction. We'd be happy to offer you $10 off any future gun purchase. We have refunded your payment in full and cancelled the order. Please accept our sincere apologies for the error.

I purchased a Mossberg 12ga from Grab A Gun on July 19. At the time of the purchase I was told that the FFL from my LGS was expired. I immediately ask the LGS to fax the extension which he did. A couple of days later I called Grab A Gun to confirm the receipt of the FF. A CS person confirmed it's reception and informed me that the shotgun would be shipped within 2 or 3 days. A week later have failed to receive confirmation of shipment I called again. After a lengthy hold, on every occasion I called the wait exceeded 10 minutes, I was again told the same story. This morning 8/1 I called again the CS person told me the gun was in stock however before he could continue we were disconnected. I called back and spoke to a CS rep named Bryan who told me that there was no extension on file, no fax received and that there were no calls EVER received from my phone number. Becoming frustrated I asked to cancel the sale and refund my CC for the charges. He said that there would be a 10% charge to do that. He refused to connect me to a supervisor telling me to email them. Several points: 1. I know they have the FFL 2. I know I spoke with them several times from my phone number 3. I know they told me on 2 occasions that the FFL had been matched and the gun would be shipped within 2 or 3 days AVOID GRAB A GUN

Grabagun is a liar. The gun it self is great there after market finish is crap . What they don't tell you is it's not a factory paint job . They apparently team up with some crappy company to paint it . After five days of carrying the pistol the finish is coming off and you can see silver . I was told by glock that it left the factory as a black firearm . The owner justin of grabagun will not fix the problem offered me forty dollar store credit lol .

I have made several purchases from Grabagun! For the most part, it has been a good experience, but when I did have a problem, and they asked me for a review, and not one negative was ever published in reviews. All my positive reviews were published! I had a problem with a Beretta firearm that I was almost $1000 into, without it ever being shot, when internal parts broke due to bad design flaws. I reviewed it negatively, and it was never published!

After taking payment for an order from GrabAGun. They held on to my product for about 29 days saying I would receive it after 30 days. On day 29 they cancelled my order and returned my items because I left a negative review about my experience on Better Business Bureau. Ive never seen a company care such little about their customers. Take your business somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

Realized I made a mistake when ordering, but called within 10 minutes. The guy told me it was no problem he would cancel the order. Woke up next day to the order still processing. I sent two emails to customer service with no response. Tried calling, no answer. Shortly after they changed the status to shipped. Now the only way to return is with a 15% restocking fee.. I feel they do this purposely.

I purchased a Savage Magazine for a .338 Lapua. It never retracted back up and is stuck in the down position. I contacted them and they told me to contact Savage. They did not try to replace the item at all. With the pandemic Savage is on limited hours and all I received was a phone message stating that they would be glad to sell me another!!! So I sit on a $30 magazine that is crap purchased at GrabAGun.

I purchased a 380 Ruger from this company . I was having it shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. Grab a gun sent me the tracking number through FedEx so I went to the shop where I was supposed to pick it up. I filled out the paperwork and paid the $46.00 transfer fee, only to get home and find out Grabagun cancelled my order. Obviously, I was sold a gun that grab a gun did not actually have in stock!! Classless!!!!!!!

I wanted and ordered Winchester PDX1 12 gauge shotgun shells, but instead received Winchester “Defender Segmented Rifled Slugs”. I do not understand them to be the same product and that PDX has both a few pellets and a slug in the same shell. When contacted, this dishonest seller refused to replace the unwanted product with the correct product. They refused to make a refund. They are a dishonest vendor and should be avoided at all costs.

After buying several firearms and boxes of ammo from Grab a Gun over the years, My most recent ammunition order was refuses due to the fact that I live in Illinois! I guess this company has decided that since I live in a anti-gun state, I don't deserve to be able to protect myself and my family. I will not do business with a company with such a bigoted point of view.

I purchased ammo March 20th was told it would be shipped within 3 to 7 days. After that time frame passed I was then told it would be 7 to 10 days. After that passed I was then told it would be shipped within 14 business days. On the 14th business day I received an email that stated my order was canceled because they made an error. They said I would receive a refund in approximately 9 days that means they have had my payment for almost 30 days . When I made my original purchase it said there were 27 items in stock.

I had ordered two Mec-Gar 9 mm magazines from ‘ Grab-A-Gun’ On 2/7/2020. When I spoke to the customer service person, he told me, “ Your order will be shipped in three days.” I didn’t receive my rider until 2/19/20 which was 12 days later. This was not a real “ big deal.” The “ BIG DEAL “ was, one of the magazines was contained in the package COVERED with RUST ! Yes, these were NEW magazines ! Needless to say, Me AND my friends will NEVER do business with that establishment again !

Unable to return a defective air rifle the day after receiving it. Filed a BBB complaint after servuce rep kept making excuses as to why I couldn't return it and the manager emailed me blaming his service reps instead of taking responsibility himself. Thanks to BBB complaint, company finally refunded my money but the fact that I had to go through such hassle is unacceptable.

15 days later.... I’m taking time out my day to warn future customers to spare them the trouble of shopping with this company. If your planning on buying an item an expecting it soon this site is not for you, it’s more like a wish app. It seems like it takes a month for your package to even arrive to your door. Not to mention it takes 3-7 days for your order to even begin to be processed to ship. 🧐 this seems like over sea products to me.

Hi All, Rethink before buying from this website GrabAGun.com. I have ordered multiple items on this site when it clearly says in-stock but then several days later I received an email saying the items are not in stock due to an inventory error. This happens all the time with them. Its ok when an item is not in stock just say its not, but they waited as long as a week to notify you when you are already expecting it to arrive.

I bought a gun threw Grabagun was email I had bought it I also follow up with calls to make sure was told yes in stock and you have it. I wait about 5 days and get email for refund saying the inventory was off it would have been nice to get a call and make it right but they didn't. I read a lot reviews on Facebook with other people having the same problem sad you run a business with no inventory control very sad.

3 strikes and you're out!! I have purchased three different Firearms through them. I have had all three of my orders cancelled and refunded. I will never even attempt to do business with these people again. It's like they advertise things that they don't even have. Then when you call to find out what is going on, it's like they could not care less . Customer service is horrendous. Lesson learned.

I made two purchases from this company, one of which was a fair amount of ammo...when the ammo was delivered I did a count of what was in the two boxes and was shorted two one hundred packs of cci mini mag. I called the next morning was asked to take a picture of invoice and email to the company, and they would send replacement...well after 10 days and no product I called and was told I needed a pic of the ammo that was delivered. I told them I would eat the twelve dollar loss and NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

After making several purchases and referring many people there, I had an issue with a newly purchased gun. Took it back to GAG and was asked at the counter if I had gone to the manufacturer about the problem. I told them the gun was brand new, so thought they would be able to help me. No such luck I was told, take it up with the manufacturer. Turns out the issue resulted from a generic product description that gives the wrong info on the gun. I was polite at the counter, but they cancelled my next order. They have great prices, but horrible customer service after the sale.

I ordered a stocked item on a Saturday. Grab a Gun did not ship until the following Wednesday. I oppose the reviews claiming fast shipping. Upon receipt, I had to immediately return the product to the manufacturer for repair. The cylinder would not open. Though the defect is not the fault of Grab a Gun, a basic inspection of the revolver would have revealed it. Delayed shipping of a defective product is my first impression of Grab a Gun. Their prices are very competitive, but I have my concerns about their indifference.

The new SNPL Partner is absolutely HORRIBLE. I will not purchase another Item from them till a new partner is established. Poor organization with no accountability for errors and their timeliness is very bad. This ARC 90 company that Grabagun has chosen is so so bad. In fact its no longer Shoot Now Pay Later, it's Deduct twice apologize maybe and paperwork is on the way crap of a nightmare! Still no shipment after 9 days ago order placed, payment deduction already occurred 6 days ago.

They will cancel your order without any notification. They cancelled my order due to policies that are not listed on their website. Wouldn't ship 17-round magazines to a city in rural Illinois because they are banned in Chicago. They charged my credit card and I didn't find out it was cancelled until I contacted them. There are plenty of other sites out there to give your money to.

Ordered rifle, given confirmation and ship date via email. Queried same for tracking 4-5 days later. Was told 'its in processing' Then TWO WEEKS AFTER ORDERED "Oh we sold your rifle to someone else". "We'll reorder another" - Then they canceled the order the next day. Thank you for wasting my time. No "HONOR" with these boneheads. It appears I was more fortunate than some. Bottom line, don't waste your time with these jerks, go to Slick Guns . com plenty of great buys from reputable dealers that won't screw you around. Or be prepared to bend over and "Grab Your Ankles".

Good prices on parts but it stops there! Their out the door shipping in 3-5 business days is worthless. Still not shipped and I get different "excuses" from c\s. I am not even sure if the last explanation is true or not! If all the parts weren't in stock when I placed my order then DON'T allow me to add it to the basket and DON'T charge my card!!! Very disappointed - won't be doing business with these folks EVER again!

Never again Bought a M & p Shield as it turns out the model 180021 was not on the CA. DOJ list. They still sent it !!! Then charged me a restocking fee of $27.92 plus another $18.62 return shipping after being told I would not be charged a return shipping fee both by person and e-mail !!! That's $46.54 for there mistake out of my pocket. 20 minute wait time for them to answer the phone. BEWERE -----------

Not a fan. They sold me a magazine that was faulty and would not fit in my gun, which happens, but spent days arguing back and forth with me, that I may be doing something wrong. They sell guns and prices slightly lower than retailers but you end up paying close to $80 in transfer fees. I don’t see the benefit of using this company.
