I believe this company is a sham. I’m not sure how they were on the list from the SBA. For two weeks I have been trying to contact someone emails are unanswered telephone numbers are immediately disconnected and the site to submit documentation for forgiveness only allows partial information to be entered. I have a record of over 35 telephone calls and emails With no response. Stay clear of this company, the website has no contact information whatsoever, my specialist doesn’t even exist according to the companies Voicemail directories.

I applied with them for my second PPP on 1/13/2021. Horrible experience. I finally got movement on my application after over a month and then I received a denial email, even though I have a Etran number with SBA. The reason is Improper guarantor identity authentication. I can't get submitted to the sba with another lender because it keeps coming back as another lender already submitted. There is no way to contact Biz2credit on the phone and no one responds to the MANY emails I have sent. Very unprofessional company. I might miss the deadline to apply with another lender because of this.

My company was approved for a PPP(2) loan on 1/29. It was submitted by Biz2Credit. Since then, we have been told over and over how busy they are and they will get to it. It is now 3/9. SBA told me they should have funded the loan within 10 days. The worst things is that they don’t communicate. I’ve had no information since 2/9. One month! Still no closer. I am forced to file a claim with the SBA because I am at the end of my patience. The money was given to help small businesses but they are keeping it.

Absolutely the most fraudulent and dishonest company I’ve ever dealt with. First off, my lending specialist refuses to answer any of my phone calls or emails. Secondly after getting my loan approved two weeks ago they claim to have sent the funds to my bank account a week ago. Still not there. I’m pretty sure that this is illegal. Stay away from this company!

BEWARE!! I am not even sure that this is a real company!!! I have submitted 2 applications back on 01/16/21 OVER A MONTH AGO, and I am still waiting for answer or even question but some form of communication! I have sent so many emails and there is NO ONE that answer just a machine with some scripts answers, I have tried calling so many times and there is NO ONE ever that answer my call. STAY AWAY!!!! You can start the process but you won't be able to finish or get out!
