I ordered 1 set of blinds from them and I did receive the correct order, but it took about 3 weeks. After installation I discovered that some valence clips were missing, so I tried to email them on a Saturday when I had time. They do NOT HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS where you can contact them. The email order receipt was a no-reply email. Their website says they don't use email, and they have a chat which was not active when it was supposed to be. So I tried calling the phone number listed on their website. I called within the hours of operation listed on their site, and received a recording that said I called outside of business hours and that they could still help with my order if I pressed 1, which I did. At that point their system hung up on me. This happened twice. I like the product I received, but with no reliable customer support I would not do business with them again.

I worked for a while on a large order until I noticed they were charging sales tax in the checkout process. I asked them what this was about, since they are in Texas and I am in Washington. They cited some new regulation without specifying. There is no cross state regulation that I am aware of. I verified with WA Sate dept. of revenue if they are listed as an entity perceiving/collecting sales tax on behalf of the state and they are not listed anywhere. As far as I am concerned, they are pocketing the 'sales tax' they invented.

Truly disappointed: very slow shipping. After complaining for the delays, I got a product that did not match either its website photo or its description. Just Blinds will not accept returns or take any responsibility: I bought a light filtering shade, I got a blind. Trew my money away with these guys.

I’m dissatisfied with my blinds from Just blinds. The blinds I bought were highly fragile and not at all reliable. The service was also quite unsatisfactory.
