I shopped the internet for months looking for the perfect blinds at the perfect price for my home. I chose Awardblinds because they had the best prices for the roman shades and faux blinds that I decided to buy. Prior to ordering I called and spoke with the most friendly CS person, she was a delight and very helpful in solidifying my decision. I received both products fairly quick even despite the pandemic and global delays on many products. All I can say is WOW! Both are absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this company.

We just received our 5 order from Award Blinds.They are beautiful. Only complaint we have is customer service is extremely rude. Twice there were issues with our orders and the guy and girl I talked to very not nice at all. My $500 order was delivered but not to our home and of course I was upset. Award Blinds you need to school your CS on the proper way to talk to customers. Good thing we love your blinds or we’d be buying elsewhere.

Ordered 4 blinds and came in perfect condition. I could not be happier with my automated electric blinds and the sales rep that helped me out. You have to follow the instructions when giving them the measurements. Mine arrived perfectly as I took my time to make sure the measurements were exact. Will be ordering from them again.

Use extreme caution if using this company. If you buy it you're done. My blind arrived warped and shorter then I requested. When I reached out I met with defensive, unhelpful customer service. Photos were requested and when I sent them they asked for more. The effort was time consuming so I gave up and tossed the blind. There is such heavy competition with window options, use someone else and save yourself the grief.

I measured the blinds I gave him the measurements he told me a price then they called me back saying that the measurements I gave it was the wrong price and it was another $30 for almost $100 for a blind give me a break
