Salesperson come out, measured that everything was good. The installation people were in and out in a hurry. I'm totally satisfied. I've used 3 Day on my Lake Oakland home, my golf course home, and I recently got a place in Florida and I'm going to have them come in there and put some shades in. I've never had a problem with them.

I was very impressed with the salesperson to came to my house to discuss types of window treatment. She gave me options. I was also very impressed with the installation. The young man was timely, he was at my house in less than 20 minutes, explained how and remote worked and cleaned up after the installation. I would definitely recommend 3 Day Blinds.

The blinds I bought fit perfectly and the young man who installed them was professional and cleaned up perfectly. I love my motorized blinds! They look beautiful and I love opening and closing them with my little remote control. But my favorite thing is when I am not home I can close and open them via the app. It makes it look like someone is home when I am not. I haven’t figured out yet how to put them on a schedule. I have home cameras and I was excited to see the app worked while I am out of town or even out of state. I am happy with them for sure!

I absolutely love my new kitchen window blinds. They filter so much more sun than the previous woven blinds I had. They are also so easy to raise and lower. No more cords! The installation was amazing. I couldn't believe how fast the technician had them installed. He was in and out of my home in under 30 minutes. I would say even closer to 20 minutes! If I have more window coverings to replace I will definitely be contacting 3-Day Blinds!

The sales rep was great, explaining different materials and assisted with finalizing the color I wanted. The installation went very well, also. The installer was actually early (he called to confirm a change in start time) which I appreciated. The blinds are great, just what I needed and wanted. My only reservation is the inability to contact the installer, or someone, to assist with one blind which is not hanging right. This is due to a child playing with the blind and knocking it off its connection point. I have been unable to reach anyone to ask how I can fix this as I'm sure it will happen again. No customer service phone number or email.

I just really like their customer service, more than the blinds per se. I think the blinds are probably comparable to all the other competitors, but their customer service is just really good. Price-wise, they're very expensive.

Everyone was professional and very helpful. One of my blinds came in defective and the technician pointed it out to me and said he was going to place an order for a new one. They are still trying to find the correct color and fabric that was just installed in my house in March, so I'm still waiting for one to be replaced.

They came and took the measurements and then they scheduled a follow up appointment to make the installation and they checked with me a day before to make sure everything was still OK for the installation. They look good. They seem to be sturdy and I hope we have them for a long time. They don't always respond to emails. Our installer, his name was Kevin, and he was just right on top of things. I thought they they would have had to have two people come to install these blinds, but Kevin did it all himself.

Ease of a consultation and picking them out and the installation was pretty seamless. They are quality.
