They come in and put them it and it is quick and easy. They are so much better because they don’t have handing down strings that my cats love to play with. They gave us a great deal. The button is easy to work. The company is well organized. The person they sent to talk to us was very knowledgeable. Customer service was very responsive getting us a date. They are very service oriented. It would be nice if their caller id matched the company name because I originally missed the call to set up the appointment because I didn’t recognize the company that was calling.

1-10-24 Blinds had to be remade to bigger . Got new blinds no charger. 1-15 came out with wrong charger reorder again wrong charger 3 times this has happened still no charger I can’t even use my blinds I think I should be compensating for not being able to use them!

I had 9 2" faux wood blinds installed. There are issues with all 9! The issues are warped slats and crooked blinds units. The company has been out several times to correct mistakes. I am frustrated with spending my time as the company tries to make things right. I would simply like a refund at this point.
