Lanny was courteous and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me and fully addressed all of my questions. He recommended some things during the order that I had not thought of which I was very happy about. After he had left I called him to make a design change. He handled it efficiently over the phone. Ther was nothing I did not like.

The product is great and the installer was great. The blinds were not charged prior to arrival so install was more difficult and took longer. I now already have one blind out of power way up high in my living room and i am not happy about this. I previously purchased blind for my kitchen and it did not lose power for about 2 years. This should not happen so fast. I would like to have someone come and take care of this since i do not have a ladder tall enough and would have to hire someone.

We had only had our new 3 Day Blinds two months when we thought one of the shades had broken. A repair person came out and found that it had really just been stuck. But had it been broken it would have been repaired. I love the responsiveness of 3 Day Blinds and the guarantee.

Love the blinds I got! They were professionally installed! Everyone in company pleasant and knows their stuff from the receptionist who anserwed the phone to the sales woman to the installer. Our entire house now has 3 day blinds over all the windows!! We absolutely love the company! The salesmen are fantastic and the install teams are amazing! We have the remote controlled blinds in our bedroom and they’re so convenient as i can open/close from comfort of my bed and even schedule them to open/close at certain times!

I have used 3 day blinds on several occasions. They have always been easy to work with, came to the house to measure and the blinds came in on time and were hung professionally. I have found that their blinds were less expensive than other blind companies.
