My master bathroom in my then 17 year old home had a leak,….somewhere. My 22 year old Persian cat died so I kept busy by tearing my bathroom down to the studs. PS: I have never remodeled anything in my life. I decided to remove a pre-fab separate tub and shower and convert that to one huge custom shower. A side for me, A side for her. Shower heads, over heads, body sprays and multiple diverters to allow multiple combinations of water flows. Then I realized that I didn’t know how to put it back together. I hired Glade and 5-Star. He was not my first quote. But he was the first one who listened to exactly what I wanted instead of trying to convince me to simplify the job. It was an extremely custom rebuild. Ok. Glade and Kent and their crew were unbelievably talented, prompt, and a joy to have in our home even when I was not home. That’s a big deal in my world. Glade would have to confirm but I think the scope of my custom shower was more than some of the prefab material was designed to do. But the effort. The skill. The attention to detail that they showed was second to none. Our bathroom, to us is gorgeous and the functionality literally makes showering a treat. We make excuses to take photos: we send photos to friends from every angle. And just when we had a zillion photos and our friends had a zillion photos we got two kittens and that gave us an excuse to rephotograph and resend all the bathroom photos again. We’re not rich people. My daughter sells luxury real estate. She sends me photos of multi million dollar homes. Our bathroom does not take a back seat to any of those. And it is custom built and I really think it will last my lifetime with no repair and I’m gonna be here a while. We had new wood flooring, bathroom vanities and the tub to shower conversion done at the same time. The difference in dealing easily with the owners of Five Star versus the total inability to reach anyone useful during the other two installs was unbelievable. Five Star’s owners themselves made the final measurements for the job and personally installed the glass. Definitely a first class company to do work for you. I highly recommend.

From start to finish, it was the easiest process I’ve ever done! The company cares! From sales to service to the completion of the job I was aware of everything step-by-step. How along the process would take, everything. I’m thinking of doing my second bathroom and I’m not going be looking for another company. It will be with Five Star Bath Solutions!

They were very efficient listening to what I wanted and setting up the second shower which we closed off and they made into a shelving unit and then they put in the new unit in my walk-in shower! They provided a source for financing and it all went very well Within three days, they had my bathroom back together, looking beautiful
