Amazing experience from start to finish! I would highly recommend! Jessica was consultant she was full of knowledge and understanding. Dustin was the project lead who made sure everything was correct. Last but not least Mark did a great job with the install. He was clean, respectful and thorough. I am totally pleased with my new walk-in shower. I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. The sales and measuring and installation teams were on time, professional, and answered all my questions. They also fully explained the warranty and best cleaning products to use. My installer Mark was also super friendly, knowledgeable of product, showed me steps during install when I asked and of course on time.

I chose 5 star over two other companies. So glad I did. The installation was fast and very professional. The materials are first class and a beautiful match to my floor tile. And best of all the price for the whole job beat the other two . I live in the 16th floor of a condo. The condo restrictions on where and when work can be done presented no problem to the install team, Everything was completed in two days.

They did a fantastic job on remodeling our master shower. My wife is disabled and they designed it to accommodate her using her walker to make it easy to enter and exit the shower as well as use a shower chair while I help her. It has a high quality finish and is easy to clean. And their crew are professionals. Couldn’t be happier.

The folks at the Bath Solutions were all great. From the adjuster that came out and gave us the quote to the two guys that actually did the work, everything was done professionally and on time. They discovered that the tub was cast iron which was really hard to remove but they got it done. The new bathroom looks great.
