Five Star Bath Solutions of Cincinnati

It's coming up on a year since we had 5 Star Bath remodel completed. I have to say I am still super impressed with what they did. The pricing was competitive, the execution was excellent and even though a couple of issues popped up at the end, the customer service was also excellent. It makes me smile every day I walk into the bathroom. I wish we had done it sooner.

Everyone who works at 5 Star is truly 5 Star!! Chase was very patient explaining everything to us, very open about what will work and stayed in touch. Randy, our installer, went over and above and is very loved by our dog, Luna! Brian was very helpful when a concern was raised and Daniel came out to admire the process. Megan kept in contact and would text us when needed. We had several other estimates but no one could beat 5 Stars price and expertise in the quality of materials and installation. Excellent work I know because I’m a retired builder and they did it in a short time frame. I’m well pleased and I show everybody in my shower.

3” crack on lip of tub. I didn’t notice right away but installer had to see it. Tub had not been used before discovery. Other than that, everything good.

There is a very nice choice of patterns and the material is wonderful (non-slip floor). Installers did a wonderful job. Highly recommend.

Bath turned out better than I imagined. Good communication from 5 star. Installer was great. Really takes pride in job well done. My bathroom was a major project.

We had our walk-in shower installed 5 months ago and it’s beautiful. Installation only took a day and a half. Every day we feel like we’re showering in a 5 star hotel.
