Customers looking to take on a custom build, remodel a room, or employ a handyman to finish that pesky to-do list will find that Neil Kelly can help with a number of designing, building, and remodeling services. With a thorough process to ensure client satisfaction, the company has been working hard to provide efficient, environmentally friendly services since 1947. Neil Kelly has provided the Northwest with innovative services for over 70 years.
When it comes to remodeling, the Neil Kelly process is thorough and efficient. First, customers can meet at the Neil Kelly Design Center or in their own home to discuss potential projects; pictures and ideas are welcome. At this time a preliminary budget can be set, as well as any other objectives. Next, the customers and a Neil Kelly project manager go over initial plans, pre-existing conditions, products, and materials. Customers can then discuss and finalize plan details as well as produce a detailed budget. The Neil Kelly team handles all aspects of a project including scheduling, ordering materials, coordinating permits, arranging inspections, and managing subcontractors, always prioritizing the customers’ peace of mind.
