Rrepair person stated depth of leak not very bad yet they did not reduce the price, and they do concrete leveling and did not want to level my stairs

While the depth of the leak may not have been very deep, you will have a warranty on the repair for as long as you own the home and a new buyer of the home will have that same warranty. As for the concrete stairs, concrete lifting does have limitations and there are certain jobs that we won't be able to do. We truly appreciate your business.

We were given an estimate to have some work done and a gave a deposit... that deposit was suppose to be for half the work. Instead, only one crack was sealed for over $ 700. Extremely disappointed and I would NEVER use them again, nor recommend them to ANYONE.

We spent a lot of money ($17,000) to have the basement waterproofed and foundation repaired, the basement has leaked water and another repair was done, this happened 3 times and 3 repairs, the last repair was done 10/11/2021 and it needs to rain a fair amount to see if this repaired worked which probably won't happen until spring and we are trying to sell the house. NOT HAPPY AT ALL
