I've been using US Bank since 2010 and have nothing but good things to say about the company. I'm a simple man so this is what I look for: Customer Service Number - Can call at any time with short wait times and professional representatives. App - Easy to use app, quick responses, and extremely convenient. I don't even go to the bank no more. Security - Any time there are suspicious activities with my accounts, they notify me right away and quick to take action. Rewards Program - I have their two rewards credit cards and every month I get money back. Talk about passive income. Overall, such a great bank to have my money stowed away in and I don't think I'll ever change banks if they keep being this good.

I love easy US Bank makes it to bank online. They have an app now where I can do everything from my phone, like deposit checks and check my balance. I also love that they are everywhere. I go to college in a different state and when I travel back home I can count on the fact that there will be a US Bank. This makes it so convenient for me because I don't have to worry about making withdrawals in advance. I also have a US bank on my college campus so if I do need to go in person, I don't have to leave. The customer service is always so nice as well. I also love that you can have personalized debit cards, it makes just that much more special!

Great second chance Bank! As long as you haven’t committed fraud they will give you a bank account! For the most part they are a good bank. I currently have US Bank, it’s going on 6 years. It’s a hit and miss with customer service. Eventually I see them closing their call center because agents don’t have authorization to do anything. Or that’s what they tell me. They are basically a voice version of the writing online. When I first opened my bank account they’d credit my monthly fee. I closed my credit card and they charged me fees again. Not outrageous. ($6.95/$12.95) on each checking account. Still after 6 years. I’m actually looking for a new bank. It’s difficult to get a car loan. Any loan I had to go to a credit union to get my car and personal loan Both have awesome APR. Longevity and Loyalty don’t seem to matter to this bank. It you want to feel valued, you’ve come to the wrong bank.

I have loved working with their private banking division and have always been treated extremely well. my only issue is that their lending practices are so conservative that it almost makes it not worth getting a loan from them. The US bank I use is actually inside a Meijers grocery store, which makes it a bit of a hassle to go to and is the reason for 3 out of 5 stars. Anytime I need to use the ATM I have to go inside a large grocery store, instead of using a drive through like most banks. On the other hand they offer decent rates for their credit cards and loans. They have an app that lets me deposit check from my phone. I just wish there was a physical location rather than the grocery store chain.

I've used us bank have check protection So they well clear a check charge you 36.00 Well as it turns out they returned 2 checks one for 18.00 one for 24.00 And not only charged me 36.00 each they did it 36.00 x 4 Sad park did a transfer of funds saving to checking acct...of course they said didn't receive until 5 mins later cant reverse charges..

I've had my REI US Bank mastercard for 3 years. Twice in that time, their server has mistakenly taken double or triple payments from my checking account to pay my balance. Each time, when I've contacted them about their error, their representatives have stated that the money can ONLY be refunded to my checking account via a paper check in the mail. Each time, it has taken over a week and a half to get the money back. They take the money out of my account in less than 24 hours. When they make a mistake, they take more than a week to give the money back. They refuse to send it back to me using the same method that they used to take it from me. I have asked, and each time they refuse. I understand the game: though the amount they owe me is a small amount, when multiplied by thousands of small amounts, it adds up. So, every day they can delay the return of my money means millions of dollars more on their books in the long run. I'm so over it. I'm cancelling my account and looking for a card company that can return my money to me as speedily as they take it from me.😡

We banked with US Bank for over ten years when we lived in Idaho. They were really awful to work with whenever we had a bank related problem. They were never helpful and always got moody when it came to pleasing the customer. They would always refer back to the company policy and say that they couldn't do anything to change it. They would stick giant fees on the account when the slightest degree of lapse occurred on the account.

I feel like they charge an excessive amount of fees. They will hold funds if your account is getting low and wait for you to overdraft your account before processing all of the charges and then charging you for all the previous purchases.
