A. P. Alvin, TX

I got a loan from this bank and although the agent was very nice, there were errors made by the Bank in processing this loan that delayed the loan for 2 months! I had authorized no escrow and the processing team added this to the loan and then it had to be corrected. Also, the money sent to one credit card was sent via mail and the check got lost. Regions Bank did not want to send the money in a secured format. It was so stressful trying to correct this. It took about 5 hours of my time. Absolute nightmare! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK. They do not double check their work and make it difficult for customers to work with them.
