I use their bill pay. They usually send checks, however for no particular reason claim they sent a few payments to one merchant electronic. Merchant claims they never received payment. Chase claims they sent it. Have to repay a total of $520.00. Issue hasn't been resolved in now six months. Has finally moved to executive office, and feet are being dragged. Walked into my local branch several times. One banker looked into the situation and claimed it was in fact a Chase error, but not retracted that to it must have been. Also have a mortgage with them. They are constantly raising my payments claiming more money is needed for the escrow account. Their claims are unfounded. Yet they have the power. Very unethical greedy business practices. They will take you to the bank literally!

They are mostly o.k.; have done couple of stupid, negative things in the past. No bank ever gets a '4' or '5' from me due to the fact that when they are good, they follow that up with something totally stupid so they do well with a '3'.

So, I've been paying on my auto loan with Chase Bank for three years now, never missing a single payment, just got hit with multiple unexpected bills, like an auto repair job. I asked for a deferment of this months bill, that they could place at the end of the loan, meaning they would also get extra interest on this loan as well. They told me I did not qualify and when I asked what was the reasoning for this decision they would not give me a reason. I will be contacting my credit union at the end of this review to transfer my loan over to them, and dumping Chase Bank forever. I am totally finished with big banks from this point on!

I had my mortgage payment through Chase Bank. At first I thought they were really kind. Helpful I actually enjoyed the bank as a whole. As months went on I would receive letter's saying that I hadn't paid my mortgage payment. Which I know I had. I paid on time every month so to make a long story short I had to do some major major investigating and go back and go through checks and go through past history and come to find out I did pay my rent on time. The three times they said that I did not I has. I feel they were trying to ripped me off because it was an error on their end and they refused to take acknowledgement of that. I went into the office and showed them proof that I had paid my bill on time. I received a snotty I'm sorry. Never been treated like that before from a bank. Will never use Chase Bank or recommend them to anyone.

Worst bank ever, closed my account because of missing information without even letting me know. They didn't email, call, text or mail. Closed the account and waited for me to notice, I wasted hours on the phone trying to understand what they need from me, all they have to say is I should reapply. I had amazing credit, they waisted my time and ruined my credit now as well. STAY AWAY!

There are not Chase Banks in northern Florida. This is an issue for many students who wish to have services here. That is very discouraging. Other than that, I love chase, they look for friendly approachable workers.

I will never open a bank account with Chase! My husband and I tried to open a joint account when we were first married and it was awful! Their system crashed on us twice while we were sitting with a representative. On the third time, we got all the way to the end and signed all the paperwork, and then when the rep was entering in one final piece of info, their system crashed AGAIN!!! After sitting there for almost two hours, we walked away empty handed. For a publicly traded company, you’d think they’d have a system that works.

Chase Bank accepts third party checks and I like that. My dad sometimes gets a check written to him and he dont have a bank account but Chase accepts his check when i deposit it into my account.

I needed to cash a check a customer had paid me with. I dident have an account at Chase bank. Chase bank wanted my social security number and personal information just to cash the check.. on top of that they wanted to keep $5 to do the transaction.

As an employee from a company who uses Chase daily, i've been very disappointed in how they treat me, a customer. I bring business from 10 different accounts, and everytime i walk in to make a deposit, i get treated like im in the wrong for bringing in so many deposits. I've been tempted MANY times to change banks.
