The worst bank I've dealt with. Random charge came out along with other charges. Overdrafted my account and inatead of helping out with the random fees they will hit you with more fees. Customer service is questionable at best. I do not recommend them at all. 0 stars is not an option.

This bank has issues with doing what they say they will do. It’s sick to see my business suffer because I was a victim of fraud. They treat me like I’m the criminal and hold all of my funds. Expect me to go into a branch that is 4 hours away. This is completely unprofessional and shows lack of compassion on the banks behalf

After waiting 12 minutes in the drive thru because there were other cars in front of me they helped them all but I came up she said oh no we are closed I can’t help you. Customer service is terrible.

This bank is the worst of all banks. Late notifications and overdraft fees one minute my balance is 20 dollars I wake up and I'm in the negative I would bank here once my account is positive I closing my account
