I've been a Triple A member for a long time. Approximately 20 yrs or more. I felt it was a good company. It may be a sign of the times we are going though but this company has more then dropped the ball in my opinion. They of course don't have the help, and if you do get someone there to help you, they are not experienced. I was told recently that they are going to do away with trip tixs and tour books and you will have to get everything on line...I don't like it at all.

AAA is on the pricier side, but their customer service is great. always responsive and even when going into the branch they are quick to response. If it wasnt for their price, i would give it a higher rating.

Whenever I’ve had to use my AAA service it has gone smoothly and I haven’t had to wait too long. I just wish the towing distance was further with a basic plan. I love getting the discount on hotel stays.

There plus service is good but the basic will not tow you but a couple of miles. It's okay if you run out of gas or need a jump but that's about it. If you're going to get it get the plus.

AAA has always honored our insurance. And we feel like we have a fair price. However, we started with AAA because we live in a rural area and wanted roadside assistance. We have to pay extra for roadside assistance in our area because we don't live close to a city. This means we will probably be finding another insurance company soon.

I love AAA...when I need it. The problem is that I rarely need it and when I do, I don't have enough "mileage" or the distance I need help with, doesn't cover. We were literally stranded in Bear Lake and it was harder to get AAA to help than it was to do it on our own. That shouldn't have happened in my opinion

Unhappy with AAA. Didn’t tell me of overages if I changed destinations. Didn’t resolve. Left me with over 400 tow. I would t recommend. Supervisor Wasn’t helpful. They just want the money until you need to actually use it and then your just a number

driving up north to my cabin my truck broke down.called aaa for a tow first i was on hold for 20 minuets before i got a hold of anybody.Then the lady could not figure out where i was .when she finally did she said no more than 2 hours to wait.after 2 hours i called back waiting 20 more minuets

absolutely terrible. I called in for a tow at 2pm today, they told me a truck would be here at4. I called again at 4pm and they told me they’d be here within the hour. Called again at 6, told me again that a truck would be here within the hour again. Still no truck. Its 7:33 right now and I’m still waiting. Worst company ever. Do not use them.
