LifeSource Water Systems, Inc. has been manufacturing and distributing water treatment products since 1984. They serve residential, commercial, and industrial applications. LifeSource is family owned and has always been located in Pasadena, California. They have expanded their manufacturing capacity and workforce to meet the growing demand for their products.
LifeSource ships all over the United States, making is very accessible to all customers. There is a “How to Buy” section on their website that will lead you to a form to fill out that will help you find the location nearest you to purchase LifeSource products. This is convenient for customers because they don’t have to deal with the hassle of tracking down the products they want.
LifeSource has a lot of good information on their website to help customers make a decision about their water softeners. There are pages that cover myths of hard water, hard water versus soft water, common water softener problems, and more. This helps customers pinpoint the issues they are dealing with, so they can get the best water softener for their home or business.
LifeSource has water management systems for both residential and commercial needs. The information for both of these systems is well-displayed on their website, making it easy for customers to find what they are looking for. On each residential and commercial section there are helpful resources like FAQs and information on buying and installing for customers to use when researching products that will be the most beneficial to them.
LifeSource does not offer information about their cancellation policy on their website. If customers are concerned that LifeSource products won’t be the perfect fit for their water management system, then it may be difficult to committing to LifeSource since they don’t have the cancellation information. If there is a short or no cancellation policy offered, then customers may find themselves with a water system that may not be a perfect fit for their home or business. LifeSource would benefit from disclosing this information.
LifeSource has a review section on their website, but the reviews are mainly if not all positive reviews. This does show that LifeSource has valuable products, but there aren’t any easily accessible reviews that have any feedback or concerns with LifeSource’s products. This doesn’t give customers an insight to what problems they may need to look for when picking out a water system and can be misleading.
LifeSource does offer products for residential and commercial use, and also has a lot of good information for customers that are researching the products they may want. They cover all 50 states as well, so if you are a customer located outside of California, you still have access to LifeSource products. LifeSource does not disclose their cancellation policy though, which can make committing to purchasing difficult, and there isn’t a lot of review variety to sort through, which can be misleading to the customer.
We're on a mission to empower consumers to make the best decisions and connect confidently with companies that deserve their business.
