However, if you feel a bit overwhelmed with the vast selection, Aqua Science encourages all customers to call and speak with one of the company's representatives.

Discounts for Buying in Bulk

For customers who order items in bulk, Aqua Science offers additional discounts.

Shipping and Return Policy

Aqua Science ships most of its products via FedEx and some via USPA. Most orders are shipped the same day an order is placed (as long as it's before 2 p.m. EST). However, if you make a special order, it could take up to two weeks to ship.

Aqua Science accepts orders from outside the United States, including Mexico, Canada, all Bahama Islands, Bermuda, all British Virgin Islands, all U.S. Virgin Islands, Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Cayman Islands, all Caribbean Islands, all Turks and Caicos Islands, Aruba, Grenada, Barbados and more.

However, Aqua Science asks that customers outside the United States call before placing an order to ensure it's somewhere the company can deliver.

To return items to Aqua Science, be aware that you must contact the company within three days of receiving your product. This policy applies to all customers. Once you've contacted the company, your product must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. There are no returns on special orders.

Also, there is a minimum restocking fee of $24.95 or 10 percent of the item's original cost — whichever is greater. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

There are no returns on international shipments.

Knowledgeable Staff
