The Bottom Line

Customers looking into making a purchase from Ariel will have a decent variety of products to select from as well as some useful features that are convenient, safe, and comfortable. It is also nice that customers can simply go to their local hardware store and find an Ariel product. However, the warranty coverage for Ariel is less than other walk-in tub companies, and customers should take that into consideration before finalizing their purchase.

Ariel Bath have the top of the line when it comes to walk in tubs. They are very affordable and you can have it installed at a very reasonable price. They are very professional and you can count on them for your bathroom needs.

I would avoid buying a product from Ariel altogether. We purchased a tub late in 2018 and the temperature / on / off controls are nearly impossible to use. The support to fix the problem is abysmal - very surprising. I buy properties and seek to offer my tenants new innovative products to add to their enjoyment however after repeated efforts to work with Ariel, i'm giving up and going back to Kohler.

Worst customer service you will ever TRY and get. They will not stand behind their product and will lie and not follow through. Biggest dissapointment for 2k. Faulty faucet set sent with tub and twoce had called, twice was lied to...awful service They delete conversations they dont want to deal with. Save your time and money. Look elsewhere.

They use bait and switch scam technique to sell their showers. Advertised pricing on their website is not honoured at check out or when you call sales department. Stay away.
