Seat is uncomfortable because of indentation for males. When I sink down to cover my ailing shoulder, the seat is bothersome. I needed to buy a pillow.

The Handicap shower we had installed is not the quality product we expected. The doors are flimsy, shower floor pan has some give to it causing it to NOT feel solid. Installers did not secure the covers on handrail.

American Standard is wonderful. Good deals when you can find one which I reccromend looking for because it's at the top of the industry in my opinion not much else compares. I've been shopping for a while and am happy I chose the way I did.

American standard USA were very good at following up with my concern. However, as I am Canadian and bought in Canada I was referred to AM in Canada which was prideful as they have never contacted me or resolved my issue after the attempts!

The American Standard walk-in-tub is very sturdy, and was easy to install. It makes it so much easier to get in and out of the tub and still provides the enjoyment of soaking in a tub. They had a great assortment of styles to choose from and I know that I can trust the company for quality.
