The Bad

  • Voicemail to Text
  • Difficult to Navigate

Voicemail to Text

Voicemail to text is a common feature among business VoIP providers, unfortunately, this feature is only available in the Communication Enterprise plan. Many VoIP service providers offer add-on services. Customers can add voicemail to text for an additional fee.

Difficult to Navigate

When considering a service provider for your business it is necessary for customers to easily navigate your website. The Nextiva website has a lot of information about its SIP trunking service, hosted PBX, and other services available through its communications platform. Unfortunately, the website does not have an intuitive flow. This can make it very difficult to see what your options are as well as what a contract would entail, what monthly fees are, and what device and other offer information you need before you decide to use this residential voip service providers products and service.

Nextiva is the most trusted VoIP provider out there. We've been looking around and Nextiva came out tops. All of the other providers we used had bad static on the line or even dropped calls, not to mention the high prices and terrible customer service. Nextiva is nothing like that. We have not had issues in almost a year. The plans are affordable and customer service is polite and professional. They also have a variety of useful features to customize the service.

I am a brand new Nextiva client and I've just had my old numbers ported over to Nextiva but I am just so happy with the customer service I have received so far that I had to post a review. I appreciate the way in which they ensured I understand everything and I'm looking forward to using the system. I'm sure I will add to my review once I've used the system for a while.

Our IT firm has worked with just about all the VoIP companies in Canada and the US and clients always rate Nextiva as their ISP of choice, because of the prices, service and excellent support. Nextiva’s FAX service is consistent and reliable.

Unreliable and bad customer service!! I had Nextiva's virtual fax service and I had several clients fax me docs that I did never received using Nextiva. When I called Nextiva to complain they sent me a test fax that always went through so they denied it was their fault - but it continued to happen at random. When I did receive faxes - sometimes I received them an hour or more after the client sent them. When I cancelled my service they refused to give me a refund for the time of the service i pre-paid for but did not use.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I signed up for the 30 day free trial, and canceled two weeks later. Next diva didn’t reply, so I canceled again a week later. Still no response, so I canceled again before the 30 day period expired. They have tried to bill my account for 3 months. They are unscrupulous, and I have filed a formal complaint with the Fair Trade Commission. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The product is always reliable. Never seem to have a problem with interruption of service. Great price for the phone and fax service. Their dashboard and account login could be greatly improved.

Very easy to use and set up. It would glitch every so often and not allow we to receive/answer any calls but outside of those rare occasions, it worked great.

Dishonest company. They will tell you something over the phone and play safe in their emails.
