Once accepted as a client, you are covered by a money-back guarantee, which states that your timeshare will be terminated within the contractually agreed upon timeframe. Starting out, I thought the process would be difficult and take a prolonged period of time. However, my Resolution Specialist Hailey H. was more than helpful and assured me that the process would be simple. She also informed me that the only thing that would be time consuming was the amount of time it would take to get a response from the timeshare company. Hailey was correct, the bulk of the time was me waiting for a response from the timeshare. Hailey responded to my inquiries within 24 hours and very prompt with instructions for my next steps in the process. I would highly recommend Wesley Financial to anyone who is in need of getting out of a timeshare.

WFG got me out of a $12k contract, plus interest and maintenance fees. Ultimately, the process was to quit making payments and wait Wyndham out until they decided to write the loan off. My rep, Julie, was great, and was especially helpful in coaching me through multiple calls with Wyn reps, keeping up the pressure on them through written correspondence, and giving me pep talks when my spirits dragged. One thing that was most helpful was Julie and WFG guiding me through the process of dealing with the collection agency that Wyndham tried to send the account to. That was something that I definitely would not have been able to do on my own. After Wyn wrote the loan off, my credit was severely impacted. That is when Wesley Credit Repair got involved. The loan was charged off in May and by July, my credit had sufficiently recovered to be pre-approved for a mortgage. When we closed on our home in September, we were granted a bonus by the mortgage company based solely on our credit scores. We couldn't have done it without WCR.

I found that my experience with Wesley Financial Group to be a very pleasant one. From the moment I inquired about the Timeshare Cancellation process to the steps actually needed to cancel our timeshare contract, I have received the proper "hand holding" needed in the form of phone calls and emails. The only "con" I can find is that the process is not cheap. Depending on your situation, you will pay several thousands of dollars for their help. It would have been helpful to get an itemized explanation to explain why it costs so much. In our situation, I figured we paid them approximately 4-5 years of maintenance fees to cancel our contract. But it's worth the cost just for emotional comfort knowing that our daughter will not be burdened by our mistake of purchasing a timeshare! I hope you have the same wonderful cancellation experience we had!

Wesley Financial provided a process and guidance through the process to successfully exit my timeshare. Mercede, my assigned resolution specialist was helpful and responsive. She did what she said she would do. Early in the process, I learned I could have dealt with the timeshare company directly and achieved the same result. Since what was submitted to the timeshare company was my work, my experience and words, the fee I paid Wesley was money not well spent. Knowing what I know now, I would not recommend using Wesley or another timeshare exit company to "get out" of your timeshare. Call the company and ask for their exit department. The timeshare business is "in the toilet." Most companies have been sued enough and are willing to help you. In summary, it is my sincere hope that Mercede received a large portion of the fee I paid to Wesley.

We had 2 accounts and the first account was quick and easy and our person taking care of the account was very helpful. The second account we were moved to 4 different people to take care of the account and the last person they gave us never returned a phone call or email. All the people that gave us their card and said to call or email anytime never answered. We called and called while we were getting harassed by the timeshare. Eventually I called several times consecutively till they gave me "a manager". She gave us some info about our account but even she stopped calling back after a while. Finally our timeshare defaulted on it's own. Once Wesley had it's money they really didn't care.

Don’t fall for this!! We paid Wesley Financial 8K up front for assistance , after speaking to their agent, they took our information from their “on-boarding” template, sent us back a copy and paste letter to send our timeshare. There was nothing unique in their services. We found our timeshare group helpful and resourceful in requesting to exit/cancel our ownership and commitment. You can easily do what Wesley Financial Group offers with AI assistance in drafting your request to cancel your timeshare. My hope is that Wesley FG gives back most of our hard earned savings because what they have done for us even at even a consulting fee wouldn’t have been more than $1,250 (5 hours @ $250/hr). They need to be honest about cost up front, and explain what their hourly fees are and why. Not just a blanket cost. I don’t believe they did anything for us to exit/cancel our timeshare which we could have done ourself. Their on boarding technique gets you in their system, all the rest is on you. No special help at all.
