The Good

  • Experience and Accreditations
  • Tax Relief Program
  • Services

Experience and Accreditations

Top’s Noble Tax Services has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and the team has been admitted to practice before the IRS as enrolled agents. We don’t see any evidence of accreditation with industry organizations such as the NAEA or the ASTPS, which is a little concerning considering most top tax relief companies hold at least one industry-specific accreditation.

While the company does not employ CPAs or tax attorneys, its enrolled agents specialize in tax and are authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS.

Tax Relief Program

Top’s Noble has a four-step tax relief program that it follows to help you solve your IRS problem.

  • Step 1 — a free consultation with the company, which is standard in the tax relief industry. If a company charges for a consultation, you should question its legitimacy.
  • Step 2 — the case analysis, where Top Noble’s team will establish Power of Attorney with the IRS concerning your specific case. The company will also review tax resolution options with you and implement any needed protective measures. This step will typically take two to three weeks to complete.
  • Step 3 — involves implementing the tax resolution plan that was determined in step 2. Top’s Noble Tax Services will help you establish financial compliance with the IRS and take the next three to nine months to help you implement the tax resolution strategy.
  • Step 4 — involves closing your case, and you part ways with the company having your IRS issue(s) resolved.

Services

Top’s Noble Tax Services offers the following wide range of tax relief services to clients:

  • Representation before the IRS if you are experiencing tax-related identity theft
  • Innocent spouse relief
  • Help in declaring Currently Non Collectible (CNC) status
  • A tax forgiveness program
  • Setting up an IRS installment agreement
  • Lien/levy release
  • Helping you apply for or renew an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)

The company also offers a free consultation where you can get more information about any of these services and decide which tax resolution option is best for you.

The Bad

  • Lacking Accreditations
  • Website Lacking Information
  • Limited Availability
  • No Reviews

Lacking Accreditations

It is a little concerning to us that the company does not mention having any tax relief industry accreditations on its website. Industry accreditations usually indicate that the company follows ethical standards and remains accountable to an outside organization for its actions.

Website Lacking Information

We also find the company's website to be lacking in some information that its competitors often disclose, such as a minimum tax debt requirement or basic pricing structure. This information could be learned during a consultation, but we prefer to see it disclosed upfront so that clients researching tax relief companies can quickly compare between them.

Limited Availability

We don’t know what the state availability is for Top’s Noble. The company is based in Tennessee, but we don’t know if it services states or cities beyond the Memphis area.

No Reviews

We don’t yet have enough Top’s Noble Tax Services reviews to know how customers feel about its services. We recommend reading reviews from other top tax relief companies to see what customers are saying about tax relief in general and what you might want to be aware of when choosing the right company for you.

The Bottom Line

We don’t have enough reviews or pricing information to fully recommend Top’s Noble Tax Services to you. However, the company is veteran owned and certified with the IRS to resolve tax issues and represent clients before the IRS, so it would be worth your time to schedule a consultation with its representatives and see how you feel from there.
