We had an IRS debt was supposed to take 3 -6 mo after 2 years and the lady never returning our calls or emails they cancelled us and did not tell us we filed complaints with BBB the company said gives me a chance to take care of this months later asked us to quit calling and dropped case again! So 2.5 years and lots of penalties and interest we now owe triple what we did they suck! Do it yourself

This outfit is a joke. Paid them $3000, and got absolutely nothing for it. Now when you call to talk to someone no one is available, or they tell me to just keep making my payments and to the IRS and things will happen. The only thing that’s happening is my debt is not going down and my distrust is going up.

This company did nothing but take money I could have used to pay the IRS. They said they would interface with the IRS... they did not. I had to call and set up a payment plan; the IRS was not happy. Stop IRS debt said, "You will only have to pay for a few years. after a certain age they cannot get payment from you any more....

These dirty crooked people will scam you dont use them. They set you up for pymts every month and when your pymt is due they take out double the amount sometimes 3x the amount. You call them about it and they lie to your face and they fail to tell you about additional fees. Dont use them. They hang up on you.

They are not working in your best interest you can contact IRs on the number of the letter written and work out a better solution. Beware of Federal tax Lein that is placed on your case vs levy of wages they don't tell you about the 10 year death sentence called federal tax lein.

Carl the federal tax lien is placed at the onset of a tax debt, it is not the result of representation. This is true for all taxpayers with a liability issue. It's simply how the IRS makes sure it gets repaid. A wage garnishment is different and happens once the IRS' repeated attempts to collect have failed. Regardless of this misunderstanding of how tax liens work, please call us to discuss this so we can help you clarify your options.
