A vindictive customer service agent at SunTrust blocked and then cancelled my account after my check cleared. I called and visited the branch office. They didn't tell me a reason for cancelling my account. I just want MY money. It's been over 15 days... no letter, no money. This bank is inhumane. Customer service agents sucks.
