I've had Spectrum for a while now. The only main problem I have with it is that the cable boxes always seem to break or not work. I've had to switch my cable box multiple times. The customer service isn't the best, but it isn't the worst.

Provides a good service but the pricing was too much for what I needed. It would have been better if there were specific packages that fit what I preferred or wanted.
