INSANE STRESS FROM SPECTRUM MOBILE! I thought cheaper prices was the sweet spot. No. The tech failed to apply my insurance. So the company is trying to stick me with the full price. I asked to speak to the store to tell the manager the techs REFUSED. Yes would not let the customer talk to the store so unprofessional. I had to argue with 3 people to get them to contact the store manager. I was exhausted. The manager never called. I called back several days straight. The manager never called. I had to buy an expensive phone out of pocket because the tech did not add my insurance. I went to purchase online but THE SPECTRUM WEBSITE WOULD NOT WORK. I was told well yeah it circles you back to the original page it happens some times. Then told me i'd have to risk my life to covid and go into the store since the web site did not work. Or risk my credit by giving techs at home my social security number. NO WAY I LEFT SPECTRUM LIKE A BAT OUT OF HELL!

I've had Spectrum for a while now. The only main problem I have with it is that the cable boxes always seem to break or not work. I've had to switch my cable box multiple times. The customer service isn't the best, but it isn't the worst.

Low quality. Constant loss of signal. Virtually a total waste of time. I guess that is what we get for trying to save some money. Will stick to a satellite provider next time. What a joke!
