I stopped using you guys 6 years ago when I returned a movie and got charged for it. I gave you one more chance and it is my last I will never rent from you guys ever again and if I see anyone trying to rent anything I will make sure to stop because you see you return the movie get a thank you screen and they will tell you that you still didnt return it and steal your money making people pay for movies you got back is wrong and way I've been hearing you donit ALL THE TIME!

I have used redbox since they opened, and today I woke up to a $35 charge on my creditcard, for a movie that I returned 3 days after watching. I spoke to a manager who told me they. Have 3 ways of checking for a return, and saw nothing of my return. I will never use them again!!!
