I love Redbox instant! You can find a plethora of movie choices and you can have it all without ever leaving your comfortable warm bed LOL Just store your payment method with your TV provider or at least that's how mine works with Roku and then go to Redbox and pick what you want to watch and either rent or purchase the movies for an excellent price! Makes it easy with nothing to return and you get plenty of time to watch it once you have purchased it!! Take it from a TV buff this is one of the best services out there for instant movies and entertainment!

Redbox Instant is easier to navigate through than the Redbox. I often watch it, with all access from the comfort of my own home. I don't have to go out anywhere. Everything is accessible at my fingertips. The movies, shows and Series' don't lag or have less quality.

I tried streaming a movie from Redbox recently... so convenient!! I will definitely use this service again. It was so nice to be able to rent the movie without having to find a Redbox to drive to and worry about returning a DVD. I could do it all from home. I will probably still rent the DVDs from time to time, but I can see myself using the streaming option more frequently!

Always friendly customer service, I had an incident with three movies and they did not get turned in within timely manner and Redbox was so nice and they did a final receipt for me removing some of the fees.

Redbox Instant is a great option to have and I really like it. They have a huge selection and have all of the most recent releases. There is something to say about not having to go to the store to get a Redbox, it is much easier. Great price and easy to use.

I only just recently started doing this and I've only done it a few times, but this is a nice little addition to Redbox. It's nice because you can find several movies that are no longer in Redbox on disc and/or are hard to find elsewhere.

I stopped using you guys 6 years ago when I returned a movie and got charged for it. I gave you one more chance and it is my last I will never rent from you guys ever again and if I see anyone trying to rent anything I will make sure to stop because you see you return the movie get a thank you screen and they will tell you that you still didnt return it and steal your money making people pay for movies you got back is wrong and way I've been hearing you donit ALL THE TIME!

I have used redbox since they opened, and today I woke up to a $35 charge on my creditcard, for a movie that I returned 3 days after watching. I spoke to a manager who told me they. Have 3 ways of checking for a return, and saw nothing of my return. I will never use them again!!!
