I appreciate this website quite a bit. There have been a few movies, like Breakfast Club, that I was able to watch because of the filters. It is really good at keeping morals up while still allowing us a greater understanding of pop culture. I'm so grateful for websites that protect against profanity.

VidAngel is very handy! Many people like myself don't want to hear or see certain things when they watch movies. VidAngel cuts out things like swearing and inappropriate content so that the movie is clean. Would recommend!

We love the old version of VidAngel prior to the lawsuit. We were able to watch moves as a family and set our own filters. We haven’t used it much since changing to the new platform because most of our streaming platforms that the work with VidAngel don’t have shows we watch that need filtering.

Before it was changed, vid angel was the only way I watched movies! It was so helpful in deleting all things that I didnt want to see, like sex scenes and such. But once they changed the site I haven't used it as much.

Not as good as it used to be. Vidangel used to be an extremely useful service that allowed editing out innapropriate content from movies and tv. It is still a service that allows editing. But now the selection is much smaller and it costs more for it's own subscription plus a subscrption for the service that provides what movie you are editing. It's all very frustrating and in my opinion too much trouble for what it's worth.

Our family used a free VidAngel trial. This was a great product. We watched clean movies with the entire family. With our free trial, we got to experience many fun adventures through the big screen. The price is not too bad, but we did not continue this service.

VidAngel has been fantastic! A lot of movies I want to see will have a scene I don't want to watch, or bad language in it. This is why VidAngel is so handy! It allows me to watch movies that I can edit to my standards, or to what I like to hear or see. I have been able to watch so many movies I probably never would have, with out VidAngel!

Was awesome when they were able to edit and show main stream media. But after the legal battles they are probably not doing so hot. Would definitely look that up before spending anything on their stuff. Lots of good religious or high moral films and clips.

VidAngel allows individuals to skip distasteful content in media they might otherwise not enjoy watching. I appreciate that with VidAngel I can avoid immoral scenes in movies or shows that I would not generally view. The process is easy and I am glad that the service exists. Thank you VidAngel

I loved the way VidAngel used to work! I haven't tried it since it had been shut down for a while, but I still love the concept. Too many movies and shows are so vulgar and crude and violent these days - VidAngel is so great for making things watchable again!

I like the fact that I can edit movies that I wouldn't watch normally because of the rating and/or questionable material. I have had problems with the movie not playing properly or it being difficult if stream if I have asked for certain things to be taken out. Sometime a movie is difficult to understand if too much is taken out. Customer service was helpful and quick to respond when I couldn't get the app to work. At times it was more work to fix the problem so I just didn't use the app.

I love the concept of filtering movies. Unfortunately because of law suits it has become more limited to use as you now mostly have to connect with apps and it doesn't always work well. I really love the comedy shows on it, always clean and PG! Great for date nights and family nights.

Very dishonest, fraudulent service. Advertising "free trial", but charged my card immediately and when I canceled literally moments later without having used the service at all, I was informed subscription would only be canceled after the first month. Even though I read it was compatible with Roku tv, it in fact would not work at all unless I also subscribed to either Amazon or Netflix, which I have no interest in. This company has zero integrity and is more disgusting than any foul language or inappropriate scene on TV. Scam!!! Beware!!!

Am I the only one going through this????? I am having a hard time stopping the charge on my account in the amount of $9.99 I canceled my subscription in November of 2019 and here in January 2020 I am still being charged. I’ve tried reaching out to a Vidangel representative but have had no luck. If you don’t have a lot of money to just give away DON’T SIGN UP I’m $30 in the hole for something I no longer want.

This company is a bunch of crooks. They have poor customer service. I was with this company since before the lawsuits began. Now that they have changed their service (they can only filter what is on Netflix and Amazon) then I have asked for my credit to be cashed out and sent back to me. They won't do it. They won't refund my money. What a crock!

VidAngel is so nice. Getting the movies pre-edited is fantastic, especially for kids and teenagers, but adults can totally benefit from it as well. Most of the time, the editing is pretty good.

Nice being able to watch shows edited with my family. However, the picture was also blurry or choppy, the sounds wasn’t the greatest, when it was edited you could either see the actual swear word from the mouth. Not hear it but see what they said, and or there would be whole scenes missing from the movie because it would edit so much out.
