If I could give this app a half a star, I would! Paying 15 dollars a month only for the app to constantly lag, buffer and stop streaming all together is ridiculous. I will not be renewing my subscription.

bad customer service.I signed on thinking the show was on there but it was on CBS.I worked a lot so forgot to call to cancel free trial .i cancelled it 2 days late and they refused to refund .I agree with the 2 stars

It is horrible, constantly buffers and causes issues, it is extremely frustrating trying to watch an episode. I watch prime on the same device and never have these issues. Absolutely not worth $14.99 a month!

Without my consent, I was charged 14.99 before my free trial ended.. Don’t mind paying for service I use but I was charged before I had the money on my account to cover it so that entails overdraft fees.

DO NOT do the free trial! They charge your account regardless of whether or not you cancel in time. And they make the cancelation process as complicated as possible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Just watch Netflix.

Absolutely worthless. Always have playback issues or connection issues. If you do manage to get something to play then it stops in the middle of a movie and won't let you finish it. Don't waste your money.

Streaming issues. I have a very fast internet connection 100mbs but HBO now constantly stops and starts. I also am subscribed to Netflix , Hulu and sling and have no problem streaming from those account s.

This app is poorly set up trying to access to the shows you want can be difficult. The rewind and forward capabilities are poor compared to Netflix or Amazon and the signal must be weak at times unwatchable.
