After cancelling Apple TV streaming, I was charged for three additional months. Refunds were issued for tso, but not the third. Customer service was contacted and I was informed that the third was processed and the refund was in the works. The third was not refunded, however. When I inquired again, I was informed that it was too late to issue then third refund, the same refund that Apple had supposedly refunded. The service representative politely apologized, but said it could no longer be refunded because their system couldn't accommodate the refund. My recommendation is to avoid this streaming service, because it continues to charge monthly fees after it was concelled, at least in my experience. Then Apple mismanaged the refund process and claimed it couldn't be rectified.

Almost nothing is free. Everything is links to watch on a different platform you have to pay for. 90% of what is free is terrible. Probably the worst out of all streaming platforms. A step above tubi and vudu, but below Hulu, stars, hbo.
