Tidal

Picked up this service very early on when musicians and celebrities were making the announcement that they were backing Tidal. I got really excited about the higher quality of music and the exclusive artist Contant. However, after several months, these two features were quickly forgotten, and I did not see the value in carrying duplicate subscriptions for similar services to stream music. The catalog is large, but the suggestions that it provides in terms of playlists and new artists is not what I was expecting. It does have high quality videos, which I enjoyed but that is something that I could also find for free in other services.

They have a beautiful user experience. The app is well designed. But they don't have a lot of music. They try to sucker you in with higher quality music but it makes no difference. Our brains can't tell the difference. Why spend the extra money? It is not worth it. They make you pay more for a gimmick. I only did the free trial and cancelled.

Not a bad site, could have more selections.
