They make hangup calls instead of leaving messages in regards to a payment I missed because my credit card on record had the account number changed and I forgot to update Sirius.Calling twice a day for a month and not leaving a message but hanging up is rude and unprofessional.Their representative was extremely rude and did not explain why she was calling,didn't have my account information or even my name.I thought they were a scam caller.
