The installer messed up the installation multiple times and failed several county inspections. They had to be reminded several times to close out the permit. The Solar Edge inverter has been replaced four times in the last six years. Each time I had to wait months for the replacement. When I called for the last replacement they said they weren't doing service calls in that area anymore. I had to reach out to a company in Miami (94 miles away) for the latest replacement.

Did not do a satisfactory job! My rep. changed many times. They seem to not to care about customers. Took YELLOWLITE 3 months to reveal that their insurance doesn't qualify for electric providers requirements. Charged me for engineering on system that I didn't receive an invoice still after 5 months. Stopped payment on company issued refund check. Took 3 months to receive refund on contract that they didn't deliver on. Beware ! Still trying to get copy of invoice and engineering facts Don't deal with this company!!!!

I reached out to the company because a neighbor had used them . No response . I then called again and was assured that someone would talk to me about a proposed system . Still waiting . That was at least 4 months ago . I ' m guessing they are not to interested in doing this . I can only presume their follow through would be the same .
