The Vivint/Vyvue representative did not provide all the information truthfully. I consulted my electric company and found out some misrepresented information. I asked for my money back within an appropriate timeframe before anything was done. This was end of Jun. I received only a partial refund. As of mid October, I have not received my full refund. I have called and called over these months and no clarification or refund of over $1600 due me. No time frame to cancel was mentioned. DO NOT DO SOLAR WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DON'T ANSWER PHONE, IF THE DO, YOU GET REFERRED SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU ARE PUT OFF, AND THEY ARE DISGUSTINGLY INEFFICIENT.
