Can only give it 1 stars as they have been shut down by a government agency. I got my system in Aug 2017 and just now am seeing I can't get everything that is in my purchase agreement. warranty issues, monitoring system inoperative. They rushed my job and even installed before all permits where received so they could collect funds from lender asap. This should have been a red flag too me. Be aware of them reopening under different name, seems they have done this in the past.
