Suntalk Solar installed my 7 kW system in 2025 so that I could reduce my electricity bills and get the tax credit for solar. They were recommended to me from a friend. Suntalk has a 10 year workmanship warranty and offered top equipment from Tesla and Enphase. I chose Enphase microinverters. The team kept me in the loop throughout the process with design, permit, and utility approvals. Install was straightforward, and it took just over a week for Xcel to install the new net meter. My bills have dropped noticeably. I check my Enphase app to monitor the panels regularly. Great experience, start to finish.

No more Xcel rate hikes!!! We love having solar and working with Miles (SunTalk rep) was so easy and fun! Miles truly cares about his customers and a totally geeked out about Solar to explain how we can save the most and truly work to our benefit since we opted for the backup battery. My only complaint is that we didn’t go solar sooner. Don’t delay.

Suntalk Solar completed a detach and reset for my client recently when they had hail damage to their roof and needed a new roof under a homeowners insurance claim. They were quick to do this work for a roofing partner of mine, communicative, and customer-focused. Working with Suntalk has been a pleasure. Special thanks to Elisa R. the project admin, for being on top of the project and getting us the quickest turnaround time.

I have had nothing but problems with Suntalk Solar, ranging from altered contract after signing, a system that the manufacturer indicated was inadequately designed, and failure to cure the a non-functional unit. Please see my review on Google Review for a full explanation. Yet, after seeing a 5 star review by another customer, it should be noted that the President of Suntalk is Shawn Ransom. Coincidence? Maybe. It just seems odd that the 5 star rater and president have same exact name and spelling. If so, that is pretty slimy, and indicative of my experience with this company.

Suntalk installed a 9kW Solar Edge system on our home. The team communicated with us weekly and walked us through the entire process. The design was clearly explained and once the permit had been received, the installation was very fast and efficient. Suntalk even followed up with warranty documents and walked us through the system once Xcel had installed our net meter. Great experience!

People make your research and stay away from Suntalk Solar. Since 2021 we have nothing but troubles with them. Installed solar system is not efficient, constantly have issues and does NOT lower your energy bill, actually make it double. Customer service is not helpful , any repairs need to done will cost you money, no matter in warranty or not. As a customer you expect to be hear and company to deliver what you ask and pay for, yes but not Suntalk Solar they will give you what they think is ok for them and that's it they will not listen to you and they don't care about you. To make it easy for understanding - you go to a dealer to buy V6 car and you pay $1000 and when you car come you found out that 2 cylinders don't work so that car cost $500 and you ask why? Answer is because speed limit is 65 so you don't need all 6, but I pay for it can you replace it? Answer NO we think this is good enough for you. This is what happened to us. We have installed 7.77 KW solar panels but they put 6KW inverter and all production over 6KW is wasted but we pay for it. And so on .... Friendly advice to anyone, just go find normal company to do what they suppose to for the money you pay them.
