My husband and I purchased a system in 2009. We paid cash for all our equipment. So last month when the inverter went bad a tech came out and charged $250 to tell me our equipment was bad. I was promised a return phone call within a few days with estimates from different contractors. This still has not happened. I'm 86 and my husband is gone now. Sunsolar has been giving me the run around, putting me on hold and then promising they will call back but never do. I have contacted the BBB.
