We came across this company very randomly in our search for solar company. Brandon was very helpful and accommodating. Explained everything very understandable. The process was easy enough, only setback was that they demanded payments before the job was completed, but that was straightened up. Anyway, customer service is great, and any issues we have and address them, are being taken care of. So far , so good! Happy with the solar production. Definitely recommend this company and Brandon in particular, since he had very personal approach.

Great group to work with in setting up installation and final turn on. It would be good for customers to receive a handout that shows the departments and what they handle. This facilitates knowing who handles what and next steps. This is March and we are producing more than our typical daily use. The best bonus was stopping extreme increases on our electricity bill while living on a fixed (retired) income.

My project took longer than expected, none of the blame fell on Sunergy. Through all the road blocks they were the ones who kept me most up to date on their portion of the project whether it was good or bad news. I appreciate that they didn't feed me convenient stories. Their crews involved were very professional and accountable.
