Brian Rockport, TX

Don't believe anything they tell you. They sold me a 6KW system and installed a 5KW inverter. They said I should generate more electricity than I use. I even added more panels than they recommended. I still pay a power bill every month. Not a trustworthy bunch.

Hello Mr. Brian. You didn't provide your last name, but I believe that you are Brian Busey. I understand your frustration. We have done thorough research for you and have a lot of back and forth. We have the proposal that you signed and your solar production is in alignment with the proposal. The solar is doing exactly what it is suppose to. We have indeed discussed this and you have stated that the solar is doing more than we even projected. There are many emails back and forth between you and our VP of sales, and in those emails you have expressed that the solar is doing well, but that the electric company is not properly crediting you. We got you in touch with the Green Mountain energy rep, which we can continue to help with this.

Concerning the inverter size, the 5,000 watt inverter can be paired with up to a 7.2kw-7.5kw solar system.

Again, we want your solar experience to be positive, which is why we have looked into your solar and find that it is working perfectly. We have assisted you and will continue to work with you. We have not lied, been deceitful, or dealt with you dishonestly. This review is not justified at all. We also have screenshots of your proposal and solar production showing that it is working perfectly.
