This company was amazing to work with as we knew virtually nothing about solar panels when we first started talking about this! The company took care of all permits, was the liaison between us and the power company, explained everything in detail every step of the way, were fast and efficient, and didn't leave any mess!! Would totally have them do it again if needed! Would recommend them to anyone considering putting up a solar panel system!! Thank you!!!

V Very easy from start to finish. They set up everything from inspections to install then install and inspections after to fire it up and get financing. Communication was great always letting me know what was comming up. Guy's that did install were great did a very nice job and cleaned up before they left. I hope it does everything I am expecting. the process of getting them was very stress free with these guy's on it. Time will tell if they do what they should. The monitoring system that they have on the system that I can see looks like they are working very well. THANKS GUY"S

Working with SolQ has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. Naeem was phenomenal; response time was impressively quick every time, he was always available to answer any questions and provide updates. Naeem was respectful of our time and our home during the every visit. During the initial visit, he went over benefits, timeframes, the entire process, and so much more. He made sure we were educated and knew what to expect. He made us feel comfortable and 100% confident in our decision. Kim, our project manager was also really great to work with. Her communication was on point, updating us with progress, signatures needed, and next steps. I really appreciated their clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process—they made everything smooth and stress-free. The team showed incredible hard work and professionalism during the site survey and installation process. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. They were respectful of our home, yard, children, and pets. The process from start to finish was quicker than what was quoted, which was great! We’re looking forward to seeing the benefits of going solar and we’re confident SolQ will continue to provide a great customer service experience. We've been pleasantly surprised on the Gas bills we received over the winter from our provider. The guys installing the panels were all very pleasant and easy to talk to and answer questions. We borrowed the money to pay for it, but our gas and electric bills are down by at least 2/3 and possibly as much as 3/4 at times, so that is helping pay for the panels and they will eventually pay for themselves. They survived the hail storm we had that damaged our siding and some roofing, but the panels are still in tack and producing, so we we're very happy discover there was no damage to them.

SolQ arranged the sale of the solar panels with the installation performed by Nexus. Throughout the process there was many different steps; submitting information to the HOA, electric company, city permits, and acquiring the requested parts for the installation. I was pleasantly surprised the way SolQ handled all of the different steps, to include additional issues that popped up along the way. When the job was handed off to Nexus for the installation, they were prompt, professional, and honest. They walked me through the process of what they were doing, and what they did do. The Nexus team performed the work efficiently with necessary information being provided to me at the end of the job. I’m very pleased with the entire process from SolQ and Nexus. The image shows the panels installed on my roof. I installed the bird deterrents, which are working very well.
