It took a while waiting for the install. There was good communication. I received test about when the equipment would be installed. Once they got here, it was smooth. The process was quick and efficient. I have no issues with it. I would like to know more about how it works.

The communication from Solgen has been terrible. It has taken almost 10 weeks to fully complete the install. I only found out they were waiting for a final part to complete the install because I called them. Even while waiting for the part, I was told they would contact me when it arrived but had to follow up to see when the installation would be finished. It is more a complete lack of communication that is the problem.

Installation was pretty smooth. Everybody told me what to expect every step of the way. They were realistic with their expectations. They cleaned up after themselves really well. Maintenance is easy. We didn't really understand how to read our bill and they could explain that further.

The installers are a nightmare and customer service can't help out at all. It is very complicated. There is a lack of communication. The system works but not very well. It has not saved me as much as originally quoted. It is false advertising. They said in winter it would provide 93 percent and in the summer it didn't even provide 50 percent. It is a scam. I am stuck in a contract that has me paying my bills and a loan agreement. It is horrible.

They have yet to fulfill the expectations that they laid out for us. We paid for a system that would supposedly cover 95% of our yearly electrical bill. After one year it has only covered 50% of electrical costs. Their customer service has been less than satisfactory. Currently we are trying to settle on a deal for us to get our money’s worth. At the rate we are going now we will have paid off our system in 60 years. The solar panels don’t even last that long. We were hoping for a better investment. Solgen has been very slow to communicate with us and they struggle to find solutions and answers to our problems

Solgen works, it brought our bill down. They have a better outreach than most other solar companies. Their presentation is pretty solid. They did not know the electrical regulations in our area so it they installed it wrong and had some problems with inspections but eventually they got it.

Delayed installation that not the fault of TEP. I was promised a new Nest Thermostat and have yet to receive. Solgen promised no electric utility bills for first 6 months after installation. I am still being charged by TEP after the installation.

I think they could be more hands on with the customer. I have multiple people I have worked with. They should have representatives for the customer. I would have liked someone to come out and break down the equipment. They were able to get it done on time and it works.

It was a circus of miscommunication and frustration. Scheduling mistakes, some work had to be done twice due to equipment errors, some work left half-done for weeks, hard-sell bait/switch sales pitch, lack of coordination with various agencies, weeks and weeks of no communication at all. Company contacts changing for no reason, often with no clear description of contacts' function. The system, once fully installed, seems to be working fine, though.

I wish they would improve their customer service. Within the first year I've already had problems and they do not respond to the repair in a timely manner so I've been without during the best generating summer in the history of Spokane I've been without one panel. The installation process was reasonably good.

We had solar panels installed with Solgen Power. The system took a lot long then it should have communication with in the company was terrible. I called several times to get updated with no response. Until I complain on a review I answer from and email. Then a custom service manager call and she didn't have answers to why it was taking so long. The install crew did a great job of installation when there had the correct parts. Over all I am satisfied with the system. Solgen power has a lot of work to do when it comes to communication with the custom and with in the company.

It's been months since it was installed and it is still not working. They were supposed to send someone to fix it and they haven't sent anyone. We've been through like five different people. They try to tell us that it is working and then we get the energy bill and it shows it is not. They do not follow through with what they promised.

Panels installed Dec 2020, Electrical panal installed January 2021, still work was not completed until June 2021 and none of your account managers know what's going on. Very little follow up and follow through. If I decide to add more panels later, I would never call Solgen.

This month I begin to pay for a system that I cannot verify is working. Customer service responds to my request to fix the system but there is never any follow through. They were holy in the spot to take my money but nothing else with regards to the end product. I've panels on my roof, but the monitoring system, Sense has yet to work, customer service indicates I've a bad unit, two months ago, the companies monitoring system which sits on my network also (I was told by support) is not working, I'm in their generating power, but my only monitor is the meter and my bills and usage on bills, which is the same usage as pre-solar, yay! Everyone sends to wish to do the right thing, but it never ever happens with this group. The business model is nice except for follow through. I live in a remote city in Oregon, so maybe that's the issue, but to be honest they didn't deliver in the small stuff (a promise to provide LED bulbs for the house as part of the package, this never happened as well). Can't wait to pay on a non working system.

Trash company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Don't even get me started with the headache we've gone through with this company. Not only that but this company plain out lied to us about the 10,000 check we would receive as well. I absolutely don't recommend them. We are still dealing with paying payments to our solar system and it's not even installed or even in the works of being put up. No one in this company seems to know what's going on. Running around the city of Tucson to help them do their job. Super aggravating.Why am I being billed when you haven't even broken ground on the project and it's been over 2 years since signing contractThanks for not showing up to your schedule appointment this morning. Not even a call or message sent from you to inform us. We had to call you! We lost out going to work because of you too. Now you're costing us $$. Y'all need to get your affairs in order. I'm over this absolutely poorly run company. Zack is no help!Nothing like feeling victimized by a company thanks Solgen Power - Arizona Solgen Power . You've literally put us through the freaking ringer and made us extremely upset. Installation personnel really good. customer support for the startup even better. but when finally was time to let go, and was transfer to Solgen Power Headquarters at Pasco WA. all when down to hell. support is terrible, will never give you a real solution. and will just keep you postponing you, and the promise to get back to you. just to tell you the same thing over and over. it is working to expectation. and you are looking at your phone at the application they provided for you to see how much is producing. and it is at 40% in the middle of the day on a nice clear sky.
