Worst company ever. Does not communicate at all.. told me I need a new roof before panels were installed so I paid another 18k on a roof. I’ve had a leak since they installed the panels. Jon and Libby have done nothing to repair my roof and haven’t returned my calls or emails for over 9 months. Would not recommend this company

Worst company for communication, warranty is questionable and quality of workmanship is an issue. No follow-up to address outstanding issues. We have a roof leak. Solar Going Up was put on notice 3/1. We paid to replace missing and broken roof tiles from installation, paid a remediation company to take care of the water damage. House is still tarped. Solar Going Up does not have a roofing license. Not sure who Connor S is employed by? CLSB has Connor's HIS License 132836SP under Complete Solar Inc. SCE application was returned several times with deficiencies finally approved on 4/20 and 4/21/23. Solar Going Up received payment in full on 1/24/23. Too many issues doing business with Solar Going Up this includes Libby and Mr. C.
