Do not use this company. They will tell you they are installing an off grid system and in short order- your power company will tell you that it’s not off grid and it’s back feeding their system! Electric company is threatening to shut system off. SOLAR 1 USA IS NOT A CERTIFIED ECO FLOW INSTALLER per eco-flow and wellbots. I am left with open trenches and panels not all connected because installers and engineers do not understand temperature co-efficiency and the 8 solar panels they brought to my house are not compatible with my system. They do not offer 24 hour support and no technician will come to your house. Also Erin M works for them per LinkedIn so her review is biased

Do not use this company. Install was horrible, Not one piece of conduit put up is straight, boxes are crooked. Don't think they ever have seen a level before. Ran solar to my battery system and found out that they tried to run far too much voltage to the unit because as the experts they misquoted the amount of solar input that was possible. After reading the directions with the unit i found that it could only take half of what was being said so the unit had to be broke into 2 separate banks. In addition they can't figure out that running 900v thru a 600v rated cable is not allowed again having to break the system into 2 separate banks. Paid to have a licensed electrician on site and after seeing the lackluster job of what was done asked who had the licensee and could i please have a copy. No one there was. So we started to look up the people in the TN licensee registry and could find not one of the workers listed. Just another fly by night scam solar company. Don't have much hope in ever having any luck with the warranty if something goes wrong. Who should you use I can't say but definitely not this company. Against my better judgement I should have just asked them to leave when the first thing said to me was the team lead making a snide remark about some of my farm equipment. I am all for a good ribbing with friends but this person was not known to me or my friend. In addition one of the workers smoked and left cigarette butts all over my yard, back patio, driveway as well as empty packs left in the yard.

Company is ripping people off I was going to use this company but not now ,They do very shady deals and rip customer off
