I would never recommend this company to anyone. The salesperson who came to our house to sell the panels told us several lies. They've made so many errors in my experience with them. The installation went okay, and the people who installed the panels were quite excellent. There were errors in the plan they were given by the salesman, so there definitely were a few problems.

Solar Energy World has poor customer service. The installation didn't take very long, and the service has broken more than twice and they're unable to fix it in a timely manner. I received an electricity bill and they said they'd take care of it. Because I didn't receive the amount of kilowatt hours I was supposed to, I never heard back from them to fix the system.

The installation was done 6 or 7 years ago, and we were told that the roof was in good shape. However, The roof ended up having to be replaced and the panels taken off. The panels have worked well, however the problem is with the initial installation.

My experience with project management was the worst, they didn't communicate with us. Besides that the SRAC that they gave us during the sales pitch was way off. We were told we were in the mid 200 range and it was actually $20. Our bill did decrease though.

They were horrible and very unprofessional. The system has never worked properly because they installed it incorrectly. They're just a very unprofessional company.

They were wonderful, and the installation looks good to me. Though I haven't seen any benefit at all.

Solar Energy World shared my information with every installation contractor, sales agency, etc. in the world. My phone has not stopped ringing with BS calls since I shared my information with Solar Energy World. Don't do it!

My average electricity monthly cost from BGE is $117. Solar Energy would install a system for me but required a $117 monthly charge. No savings from Solar Energy.
