If I could give them a zero, I would. Worst experience I've ever had dealing with any company. Installed panels in July and weren't operable until November. After the third set of "electricians" worked on fixing the hookup, I was left with a Rube Goldberg apparatus plastered on the side of my house; which blew off and hung upside down in a wind storm. The lies and excuses they told were incredible. No communication, no follow up. And, last but not least, the productivity of these things is not anywhere close to what they claimed.

DON'T BELIEVE THEIR ADVERTISING!!!! Online and in radio commercials they claim: "All solar panels that we install are American-made." But the panels they are installing on my property are labelled: Made In Korea. The office does not answer phone calls. They don't reply to voice messages or emails. Their 7 days to install a system has been going on for 3 months already, and it's still not complete. On 08/27/2019 Solar Chief, in an email demanded that I remove my online reviews before they would return and complete my system installation. Criminal charges are being considered.

Very unorganized company and will take forever to do anything. They have never returned a phone call from me and have been less than honest with me on more than one occasion. Once panels are installed it will be difficult to get them to do anything.
