I am really pleased with the results. It is good for the money. Bills are only like twelve dollars a money for air conditioning instead of four hundred and eighty seven. The product is made in the USA and not China. It is well made by Tesla. The warranty is good. I am happy with the way it was installed though it was slow because of covid. They did a really careful job. I had a guy on the roof fixing some tiles who had been in the roofing business for a lot of year and he said they did a really good job and anchored everything just right. Customer support was not answering at first so I got the CEO’s home phone and talked to him and he explained that in June they did not have employees there because of covid. He was really nice about it and it has wound up being better.

The employees I've called for about questions have good communication skills. The installation was a one day process and there weren't many issues. They use industry standard inverters, but the consumer gets to choose the type and quality of panels.

Customer support has always been right on top of everything. Any question or concern were addressed immediately. They carried the quality of product I was looking for. They set it up and it was smooth. They arrived about seven thirty in the morning and were done about two in the afternoon.

They don’t subcontract or outsource their sales. It looks like it is quality equipment but I am not an expert. They projected that installation would take three days and it was competed in time.

I went with Sol-Up because they had the best, most aggressive pricing. The installation went pretty good with no problems, and I haven't had any issues with my panels.

The bird protection is lacking but I like the price and the technology and they have done things quickly and efficiently. Customer service is very responsive.

Since it has been installed, it’s been good. They sell the top brands and equipment. It is the cheapest cost for the higher grade products.
