Communication was not good. I had to reach out every 6 weeks to keep the project moving. It took almost a full year from the day SOCO approached us to completion, when we were told 2-4 months. The WiFi capability for monitoring the panels was not possible, so now I am reliant on SOCO to monitor the panels, and reach out to me when there are issues (see first sentence). I HOPE communication will be much better in the future.

The people are wonderful. The amount of time between work visits was frustrating and communication was poor. Promises on returning to finish things were often not kept and another week or two would pass until I called them again.
